  1. If you view a client area, on the title of the page it says client #1500 | page name
  2. May I ask what you mean by "can't see the products"? do you mean on a order form (A) or ones you've paid for (? If it's A: Ensure your currencies settings are set-up correctly in: /admin/settings/company/currencies/setup/ I recommend: Ticking Allow Client to Set Currency and Ticking Auto update currencies. If it's B: Check if they are pending in the admin area, if not, go to the billing section on Blesta, click manage widgets, move order to the left, then check to see if there's a order pending, click the tickbox and click accepted, now go to the client page and check if it's pending now.
  3. Ah that could be what we asked for before, custom ticket fields. But yeah our staff have to put a signature type eg: Kind regards, name. But I believe in 3.1 we're getting staff signatures. *fingers crossed*
  4. They only see it at the top in the address title. I would like a customer to see their ID as it helps locating a customer. If a customer off site says my Client ID is: 1700, I can search them on the admin panel and pull their client information up. However it would be nice to turn it on and off, and choose where it is displayed, like I would like it on the top of the my info box like the admin area.
  5. Not sure why a customer would need one but it would be a interesting thought if they use it.
  6. Haha Paul
  7. I never spotted that looking though it
  8. backups of? Blesta? Just use R1soft for cPanel if you use it which backups everything. So I wouldn't use it myself, and I wouldn't make an account with them either, I don't want my information on a system which is known for exploitable, which is why I don't use any providers with WHM** unless I really need to with a different password / paypal gateway just incase something did happen.
  9. Would be a nice idea if there was a plugin, so it could top up a number / use the card like promotion codes and auto-Generated and stored into a Blesta database (for people without a database, as you could import the numbers / etc from a CSV file.
  10. Oh I normally move the files from the Blesta public_html to the main public_html.
  11. Are you the owner of the server? php mod_rewrite needs to be installed, or the conf file on the server needs to be edited to allowoverwrite: all or something down them lines.. May we know your: - Operating system - Control panel: - Blesta version:
  12. No problem, hopefully the guys will be able to help you get your logo bigger.
  13. I recommend you upgrade first to 3.0.6 (Latest version) Then go to: admin/settings/company/billing/customization/ and untick the box saying Company Name/Address Not sure how to move the logo though. To edit your address and add your website url and email go to admin//settings/system/companies/edit/1/ and edit the address field that will show on the invoices.
  14. You're welcome the community is here to help
  15. If only you has admin on your Blesta install, put your password in the Key section and see if it works.
  16. You have to pay for a domain transfer from another registry, so yes you will need to do it via the order form. If your not transferring them to Resellerclub, you need a enom module and set up with your account information to add the domains to your clients accounts.
  17. I don't think the API field is used.
  18. You need a order form with the type: Client Registration.
  19. Not being funny but it can't be a Blesta module issue, else you wouldn't be the only one to date with the issue. WHM** might work, but that's bad coding practices so you never know it could be so bad that it works, and knowing their history probably exploitable.
  20. Not sure, check on your install before, because INR might come as default on Blesta, can't remember but we use it. If it does, I'd remove all currencies before you import just so it doesn't give you a error.
  21. You know the cron you made for 2.5 maybe in cPanel or another control panel, you simply just need to remove it.
  22. Well firstly, I've never seen this issue before so I don't think it's a Blesta issue. Since most of my customers I know use that module and myself I use both cPanel modules. Secondly, if it's important and effecting you and you want a fast reply, I suggest opening a ticket and giving the team access to your install / ftp to see what the issue is.
  23. Is this weird haha, I only have stripe in my gateway logs.
