I don't get why you get a login, we don't have a issue with the support departments. There isn't a way because if you have set up the order form with the gateways needed they get a option to pick a gateway, and each end page is different per gateway.

On the department untick the option which says "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets"

You can go to Manage > Actions > Change Renew date > Put a date in (use the calender if needed) and then click save.

You need to go to: settings > system > staff > staff groups > bottom tick all email notifications. Then save. Go to my info and then click notices. Tick the ones you wish to get an alert for.

And I used the patch and worked fine .

I'm a bit confused I updated to 3.0.7 from 3.0.6 without a issue.

I dowt it sometimes it plays up but I've only heard four times about it playing up. It worked for me loada but one day it played up.

Please open a ticket with Blesta or email sales@ and they will give you a trial- license key. Which version was you installing by the way was it 3.0.7?

oh by both paths I thought you meant one with index.php and one with the support one. As there is: /usr/bin/php /home/user/public_html/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1 and: /usr/bin/php /home/user/public_html/index.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1

It will just re-invoice them every month automatically.

That's weird, can you try using another module to make a package, and then edit it to the correct module?
