  4. I believe you mean the one which is a textbox and a button saying License Key. it shows up if the license has expired or not valid.

    I don't get why you get a login, we don't have a issue with the support departments. There isn't a way because if you have set up the order form with the gateways needed they get a option to pick a gateway, and each end page is different per gateway.

    You can go to Manage > Actions > Change Renew date > Put a date in (use the calender if needed) and then click save.

  10. You need to go to: settings > system > staff > staff groups > bottom tick all email notifications. Then save. Go to my info and then click notices. Tick the ones you wish to get an alert for.

  12. I'm a bit confused I updated to 3.0.7 from 3.0.6 without a issue.
  13. I dowt it sometimes it plays up but I've only heard four times about it playing up. It worked for me loada but one day it played up.

  24. That's weird, can you try using another module to make a package, and then edit it to the correct module?
