If you are willing to trust me, I don't mind having a look with you to see if we can fix it. Otherwise it's best to PM Tyson, Cody or Paul with information on how to log in to the administration area and maybe FTP access to see if they can diagnose it.

Depends if you have cagefs installed if you don't you should be fine piping, we did it until we got cloudlinux then the email domain had to be on the same cPanel account as the billing system.

Blesta I believe doesn't run insecure passwords it will give an error. That error means it wont create the account.

Ok it could be due to a secure password. Try it with a strong password on signing up. If it's not that do you have maxmind set up?

So in the source you have: <a href="{blesta_url}order/">Order</a></h1> But order in your language? Also have you done what I said before about the default form, if you don't edit that it won't redirect anywhere but the portal. If that doesn't work then you might have a htaccess code mucking it up.

Ok have you edited the portal urls? You can view the source. Also you need to go to packages > order forms > default: select the main form.

There's quiet a bit to get it automatic to be honest the main thing is PayPal. 1. Log into the paypal account and set the call back link for the IPN: http://yourdomain.com/callback/gw/paypal_payments_standard/ That's the main reason they don't connect, Paypal is fussy, it should work automatically due to how Blesta is built but some times it doesn't work. 2. Order form shouldn't be set for manual activation. 3. Maxmind shouldn't review free emails. Then everything should work automatically every 5 minutes.

There isn't a module yet, there's only: - Namecheap - Enom - Logicboxes (Resellerclub, ResellBiz & NetEarthOne). You can open a feature request and see what the responses are. If load of people want it, it might be added to the high priority list and developed.

I don't think Logicboxes accepts id. Maybe NEO or Resellerbiz, but not Resellerclub that I know of.

Sorry for the late reply, there's no way to fix the sql errors unless it's due to missing files. You can fix that by re-uploading the files and overwriting them except the config/blesta.php. Otherwise you'd need a fresh install.

I recommend we can see what email they pick in the order on pending mode. This is how it's built to handle email replies this is fixed in 3.1.0 b1.

I believe in the future, they might merge a few features into their own module and scrap the extended, no point having two but they will probably improve it for the better.

Yes you need the license re-issued. Blesta is licensed per: - IP - Hostname - Directory. You will need to contact Blesta, for them to fix it as you're using a trial, else you would be able to do it in your client area or contact your provider.

I asked them ages ago and they said they won't be doing it to low demand Jackery, so the best thing is to contact them and inform them you are interested.
