Yeah they are all unique numbers anyway and you can't delete invoices on Blesta like other billing systems which is good as you have to keep them. VAT is only needed for companies who have made enough income here and have to be VAT Registered. But I don't remember hearing they have to have certain things and have to invoice them specially not automatically. I suppose you could invoice them normally and if they are a business create a VAT Invoice for them manually.

You will need a Dedicated IP and a SSL to get the https:// for your site, unless they offer a SAN SSL you could buy or get included. If you did a self signed SSL they still would get a error.

That sounds very different to the UK, we follow what you claim only US do. It would be compatible if you edit the way the invoice system works, but they might be able to make it work for your needs if you do a feature request, have you got any documents to back that because I still don't understand why the UK wouldn't be following the EU guidelines if that's how Europe works.

You make a package and assign it to a addon group. Then add the addon group to the product at the bottom like so: Hope that helps you mate.

Depends where they log in, they might of registered on a VPN, then logged in from their desktop, or the other way wrong. The IP will change depending how they log in.

Erm I'm confused you've got the same set up as me except a few different numbers, but nothing which could cause this error. I hope the guys at Blesta can help you mate. They might need a admin account and maybe control panel access to debug the issue.

Can you ensure that your cron should be ran every 5 minutes. Also check these: admin/settings/company/billing/invoices/ And admin/settings/company/billing/notices/ to ensure they are correct. I've not seen this issue before, so just wanted to see if you could check them and maybe attach screenshots for us the community and the blesta team to help you.
