  2. Oh ok mate, so the bug is that it's requesting a domain, when you submit that form, it says you didn't enter a domain name.

  5. Hello guys, I'm posting this bug report on behalf of a client, who is having issues adding a reseller InterWorx service package to a client account, because it doesn't have a domain field. Describe the issue you're experiencing. InterWorx module doesn't show a domain name field when adding a service for a reseller. Provide detailed steps necessary to reproduce the issue. Add a service for a reseller product on their client's admin page. List any generated errors. (The "Oh Noes" error pages are very helpful.) N/A Include the URL the error occurred on, relative to the installation path, ie "/admin/login". /index.php/admin/clients/view/ Attach screenshots. Include your configuration settings, i.e. OS, version of Blesta, version of module/gateway/plugin if applicable, version of PHP & MySQL. OS: N/A PHP: N/A MySQL: N/A Blesta: 3.1.0 Module: InterWorx 1.2.0

  10. That's weird if it works on 2.5 but not on 3.1. Erm have you tried the cPanel Extended module? You can get it from here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1254-cpanel-extended-module/ If that works that's even more confusing, but it would help you get up and running.
  11. It looks ok on this side. If you would like me to have a look with you on teamviewer to see if there is a fix, if there isn't the guys at Blesta can help, however they may need login information to debug it. Also is there any errors in the logs? tools > logs > modules > cPanel > click the row.

Your a reseller erm you might need to show the setup area for the mod, server OS, and PHP / Mysql versions to help, because it's connected to the reseller side, sometimes the host can muck up the packages. I was helping a guy who had random packages and that was something on the cPanel host side and not Blesta.

    I use Billing > Orders Widget, tick box and then mark as fraud.

    You need to edit the database yeah, I had that when we had a issue with domains imported from WHM** But to 2.5 then to 3.0.0 b7. But about the prices I'm not sure.

  21. They will be automatically set-up as long as the modules are available. Yes you can change them via packages > packages > edit and change the dropdown box, however you might need to re-make the product, cPanel Extended is broken by that.. Well it was when I tried it back when it was out. Never changed from Logicboxes so please don't take my word for it, you can however on WHM** change the module on there, and then import it over so it uses Logicboxes by default. I believe it's because the OpenSRS module isn't there. You'll need to ask on the WHM** importer thread as it might be related to another problem. Yes this is normal, because they wasn't sent from Blesta. Same with Active services on the billing widget, as it only shows orders made on Blesta. Maybe there's no transaction recorded for the credit or if there's no transaction at the time he spent it, you can un-apply it on the transaction widget on his profile, or you can do a record transaction and remove it by -4.00 etc. That's correct, but it might not work as stated above, the services might disappear from show, best to try it beforehand. If not change the modules on WHM** before importing. You're welcome, there's no such thing as a dumb question, if your new to a system, it's better to ask what you don't know so you can improve your knowledge.

    Suppose Josh you could do a Staff Knowledge base which could be added onto the Blesta knowledge base.
