Yes, when you have the domain and other as the main order form type, they will search for a domain or click the order other item (Not 100% sure on the text sorry). After the domain has been added to their cart they click the order other items and then follow the steps by clicking order on the package and then continue... I'm not sure if this has been changed in 3.2.x with the new order forms but I believe it is the same.

Is your roundcube client slow at showing up messages? on cPanel I noticed the emails showed up in the inbox 3 minutes late, meaning I was always late replying to tickets by 3 minutes plus the time it takes for me to spot it. Now on InterWorx recieving ticket emails and order emails was fast, well when I was looking though the settings I spotted this feature and I believe it's the cause of the delays. Go to: Roundcube >> Settings >> Preferences >> Mailbox View >> New messages >> Check for new messages on: Set that to 1 minute, this means it will check for the new messages every minute meaning you can get the replies / etc faster. I hope this helps a few people as it annoyed me on cPanel.

Yes you need the domain and other form and they pick the domain first. That might change soon depending on the developers they are trying to make it as user friendly as possible. Not yet, you can provide a promotion code for the domain or edit their invoice after they order, not sure what the guys have planned for this type it might be in the new domain plugin or something like that. Paul and the guys are better at answering these as they can see all the cores and ideas . Yes you can, you can click the order button on the package and link to it like I do myself for licenses. Looks fine mate, erm for your hostname does it match the InterWorx hostname? Try the IP does that work? on the packages page when you select InterWorx does the packages come up in the dropdown?

Do you have PHP-Soap installed and LibXML installed? you need them for the InterWorx API to work.

in the order form tick the currency boxes and on the paypal gateway check the currency boxes.

If I'm not mistaken, 3.3.x is all about Invoices which includes proration, proforma and pro-rota. So I'd say it's planned in 3.3.x I'm not staff so I can't confirm it but I believe it is. Lack of certain features? Please remember Blesta 3.x is written from scratch and there's only 3 developers doing the whole of Blesta, and Blesta isn't about rushing everything out.. They check that everything works, secure from attacks then released. It does take a long time however it will be worth it in the long run. Blesta 2.5 has Mass emails, you can use that instead of 3.x The mass mail plugin for Blesta 3.x is scheduled for 3.3.x under CORE-621 by the way.
