  1. Ok mate go to a domain and click the whois tab, then go to the module logs and see what the output is for us please
  2. Easy mistake mate is everything sorted now for you?
  3. Try doing what I said above and see if that domain works
  4. I decided back in May 2013, I was fed up with constant updates from WHM** and they used to be issued every night at 2am GMT - 4am GMT. They always broke patches and was slow on support. They also wasn't active on their forums and try to hide everything. Stop you from posting on their facebook, they are immature and to think I was a customer with them since 2008. Anyway yes I had enough of them and though right I need out. Why have a broken billing system. I was thinking about HostBill, ClientExec and Blesta, and thought which one was better... I then found out HostBill was just like WHM** and also based some of their code from it. So why would I move to the same system? So I put that out, I looked at Blesta's demo and looked at ClientExec's. ClientExec was hard to use and wasn't cheap. I went to Blesta's and saw it was $99 owned unbranded license and a free upgrade to 3.x. I then saw they did a 30% off and thought I'd be cheeky and contact the guys at Blesta to see if I could use it to move from WHM** because I didn't have the full amount in my PayPal. I found out that the $99 was already a promotion and cheaper than normal from Paul and I thought yes I need to save up and use Blesta because it's perfect, it's secure and simpler to use. I posted on our Facebook page that we was getting ready to migrate to a new system shortly. My mate Dave from FRH contacted me and asked which one I was considering since they was also thinking about moving from WHM**. Anyway they bought their license before me and I bought ours a few days after. Joining the forum and having a nice experience I knew I made the right choice... and when we got the Beta email to join the forum, I was on this new forum faster than you can say good bye. And I've never ever looked back. Best investment I've put into my business. And that's why I support Blesta and help other to move because it's so much better on this side and not the competitors who put themselves first and not their customers.
  5. I believe after everything has been updated when the cron runs it should conect to logicboxes and then pull the required information via the order-id & domain-name.
  6. You can edit the database. 1. Back up your database!!!!! 2. Go to the database and then find the service_fields 3. now go to the service you want's manage page you should see a link like the following: domain.com/admin/clients/editservice/350/571/ Now you see the LAST number (I've made mine bold for you) 4. In the table click on SEARCH. Search service_id for the number aka for me 571. 4.1. You can then update your KEY "domain-name"'s VALUE. If you don't get anything, go to 5.) 5. Insert a ROW to the table. service_id = 571 key = domain-name value = licensecart.com Each domain needs a domain-name and order-id field per service id. Eg: 13 domain-name licensecart.com 0 0 13 order-id 49346551 0 0 Order-id is the order number on the Logicboxes system. I did this type when I imported due to WHM** but I moved to 2.5 and then to 3.0
  7. On the domain and other order form at the bottom move the packages you want them to be able to pick from from right to left.
  8. The Importer plugin feature for WHM** to Blesta is still in beta so might need a bit of tweaking.
  9. You need the domain and other type order form and you can process domains then.
  10. I believe when the domain is added to the installation it uses the client information for the whois. Nameservers are got via the order or default ones.

    Domain Pricing

But that's where promotions come in on the invoices? That's coming soon mate the domains will be re-written for it I believe.
  12. It's a nice idea and you can do it via routes, however for it to be standard it would take a lot of time to re-write some of the core and I believe personally it will conflict overall. Hopefully there's a way but I dowt it.

    Domain Pricing

Nope unless the price overwrite feature coming soon will fix it, it's just how stupid WHM** stores and allows people to do things.
  14. There was a suggestion for this ages ago and I can't seem to find the thread. We have it in the administration panel but not on the frontend. But hey if you use the Blesta nav for the client area they only have to click support.
  15. It could be your not receiving it in the right inbox?
  16. Sorry to hear about that mate, and you might want to blur out the key on the bottom part of the screenshots. Best of luck.
  17. Yeah Blesta uses InnoDB.
  18. Well hopefully WHMReseller is added to the do-list because it's one of the popular master reseller scripts. I've never used it myself, however I used WHMPHP before because it has a nice UI. There's no master reseller plugins available yet mate
  19. oh yeah not the best master reseller but popular I prefer WHMPHP.
  20. oh thought you meant that, go to: http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE you can't log in, only Paul, Cody and Tyson can
  21. You need to be logged in and then go to: https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/download_manager/client_main/index/4/
  22. Anything is possible with Blesta, you can open a feature request with a link to their API and it might get developed by the team for a future release or you can pay a developer to do it for you. I recommend Eric you can find his advert in the marketplace.
  23. They aren't open yet give them time Blesta opens at 9am PST. And WHM** Support is awful I reported a site to their legal team and took them 2 days to even look at the ticket and reply to it.
  24. From when v3 was out until 14th August 2014 I believe.
  25. Can you email sales __a_t__ blesta.com and ask Paul and the guys if they can provide a trial license for you.
