I Agree it would be nice to have it auto set as I did have two customers enquire about it, one we set up a subscription for it, the other is going to have a subscription up the next time with stripe.

Which gateway are you using? If it's PayPal you need to set the IPN up.

Oh they've always had a oh no error maybe a feature request for them to not work at all and redirect to the index.

You could do this like I have for my SSLs. Order form called Unlimited Phone Plans A group called Canada, a group called World and a group called China. Put them groups under that order form, and then assign products to the groups. Then make a addon group for the product Chinese phone number under the China group.

I looked at ours for automated emails and again don't see anything like that mate :S which is confusing. I wonder if it's a Firefox issue?

You might have lost permission to the pages. I had that issue I ended up editing something in the database not sure what though I went though every thing I could relate to staff. Before editing the database I'd wait for a Blesta guy to reply with maybe a better way. -
I suppose but I did import my old brand from Blesta 2.5 to 3.0 WHM** 5.2 --> Blesta 2.5 then from 2.5 (Fixed packages etc) --> Imported to 3.0.0.b7 --> upgraded to 3.1.x --> upgraded to 3.2.x

You didn't use a bad word mate, just didn't understand what you meant by that guy . As for SolusVM and cPanel Blesta has both modules you can use. To resell webhosting using cPanel you just need the cPanel module.

Did i get full support from blesta? and how fast did the blesta reply my ticket? i mean if i have the emergency problem You only get full support from Blesta if you purchase a license directly from themselves not a third party (Distributors) or (your webhost). If you have a emergency problem you need to contact the right guys, if your a direct customer open a ticket with them directly, or post on the forum and us the (Community) will try and help you, remember the developers browse and help on the forum as-well. Fast depends on the working hours. If you open a ticket at 7pm PST you might not get a reply until 9am PST. 2. I'm no experience with billing software anymore so it mean can i start to use blesta as my new billing system with my hosting (cpanel)?Did the blesta team help me out with this ? Yes you can start with Blesta, get used to how it works and then go live on your website, you can set up cPanel using the cPanel module, and you can get instructions on how to set it up by going to: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/cPanel%C2'> can't help you with your cPanel unless there's a problem and the module isn't working as it should be. 3. It depends really. Client ID in Blesta is a number URL ID in Blesta is the id row Eg: My client 1673 has url ID: /clients/view/619/
