  3. Been watching it from the start, France was amazing and luckly won, even though it should have been 4 - 0. England was pathetic and was defending more than attacking and lost to Italy 2 -1. Brazil did amazing for the grand opening. Portugal lost a good player due to the Germans being sneeky and faking an attack, the player retaliated and got a red card, then it just was poor effort then on, but it is hard playing another good team with 10 men. I do hope Brazil, Portugal or Spain win it this year, England won't get far in my honest opinion same team near enough to 2010 and we lost to Germany ourselves.

I don't personally see why you need another table if you go down that route of saving drafts of non open ticket replies, it will just make a table full to the brim in no time as people can just start writing a ticket and not bothering to open it. If your replying to a ticket then you are going to send it not stop half way through and then give up and not reply. And if you do that you can simply just add another row to the currently table with DRAFT-ticketnumber instead and then use that.

  11. It depends on the module, I think the guys will be improving a few modules soon to work with Config options, as you can see in the MultiCraft they've made it so that you can do a lot with them straight from the box.

  18. Not really, it would need a extra row on the support tickets probably. Say at the bottom of the input field Draft Saved, you click it and then it loads it into the textbox.
  19. Yeah mate that would be like sooo handy lol. I've accidentally left a page by mistake went to the ticket reply by clicking back and have to re-fill it all out again.
  20. I was just thinking it might be cool to have a draft function on tickets like on the invoices. Just in case the worse comes to it and you loose everything.

    I've not come across this before, maybe you could open a feature request to assign where the first name / last name is required., otherwise I think it would be editing a few templates.
  24. We all find out new things I use it that search for most things like client names and transactions.
  25. just search them in the big box at the top right as for the client you could search their name, pull up the account check the services box.
