Well Blesta has a maxmind plugin built in I think it would work just need your details.

If you update a package direct, it updates all the customers services. Say you have a package for $9 but decide you want to sell it for $7, all the customers will then be charged $7.

Encourage them to refer more if they think oh I can get more money if I refer 50 customers, even if it's a little bit more they are probably going to refer more. It's like when you're selling licenses you get them cheaper and cheaper the more you have with them, same with referrers you can get more people helping you if you help them but maybe a optional feature so if you tick a box it disables it and only uses one?

It will work on 3.2.1 as long as it's made for 3.2.x no changes in the future unless the theme has changed will need updating. Say Bootstrap 4 when it comes out.

Just wondering if it would be a good idea to do tiers for this? Refers - Percentage 1 - 5 = 2% credit 6 - 10 = 4% credit 11 - 50 = 6% credit 50 - 100 = 10% credit
