  5. They can't no, as anyone can view it then just by having the link. They can reply via email and it will reply to the ticket.
  6. Well it depends on the business / company you own or the customers which is why if people like it I suggest it as a option. I myself can see how much I've spent so I know without adding all the totals of the invoices . I don't think everyone would like it though so I just thought I'd see if people like it
  7. Yep so if you have 40 closed invoices for $2, if you enable the option the client will see: Credits: $0.00 Total Paid: $80.00

  9. Just an idea, not sure if it would be a good idea to have a option to show the client the "Total Paid" (The total paid by invoices).

  11. CE can't work with Plesk either, really sounds like Plesk have mucked up somewhere. Hopefully the guys can work with Plesk and yourself to fix it.

  13. That's weird it does sound like Plesk changed their API system but we'll need to wait for the guys to help, did you buy it direct or using the trial?
  14. Weird must be something to do with the new Plesk... I don't know anything about Plesk so I'm not very helpful, hopefully the guys can help you but today is a weekend, and their office is closed, however they might pop on the forum.
  15. Yeah that's fine and then do others for other prices. The documentation is currently being improved and added to every so often as the guys are working on the code part and then will get back to it .
  16. You can make one package with all the tick boxes you need for the domain but they must be the same price. So that minimizes the number of packages.

You said it there. domain.com/path/to/blesta/cron/?cron_key=YOURCRONKEY If your doing it manually you need the cron key this ensures no-one else can run the cron (Can be exploitable if they could) The cPanel cron command you need that if you have suPHP. Some require this cron command: /usr/local/bin/php /home/wfitg/public_html/backend/index.php cron

Have you configured the API settings and IPN (I've noticed PayPal doesn't auto grab it from Blesta when it should so adding it in just kicks in a extra way to ensure PayPal works) IPN: http(s):// yourdomain.com/callback/gw/paypal_payments_standard/ IPN for subfolders: http(s):// yourdomain.com/blesta/callback/gw/paypal_payments_standard/
  22. When they open a ticket they will see the note, as for a email you could see if could update his Support Manager Pro to have it so a adding note would email the department staff. Or you could hire a developer who knows Blesta to develop a custom Support Manager with just that feature customed to your needs. There's Paulvo, Naja7host and secforus_ehansen (Eric). Or open a feature request on the forum to see if the guys at Blesta would add it as a optional feature.
  23. 1. Yes, you can do make departments and add staff per department not everyone can view everything. 2. No the note is added to the ticket but not sent via email. And the customer can't see the notes.
