I think there used to be a way to do it on easyapache under the tick boxes but not sure if they have it anymore. What PHP are you using? You might need to enable the hotfix to work on 5.5: in the blesta zip you should see a hostfix-5.5

  4. I recommend try updating the apps Softaculous > Software > General scripts > Update. Sometimes that causes errors. Also check to ensure you have the requirements for Blesta. Softaculous > Software > Script requirements. Otherwise I recommend contacting Softaculous direct on their forum, their team are very helpful with their software. If you don't own the server try uploading the files manually, if that works then it's a issue with Softaculous.

  8. I recommend you use the Universal module to make packages, then use the download manager to link to the products. Aka For people with _____ package only. Then they can download it.
  9. Pro-Rota means that they get charged on the same day of every month. Say you charge $5 for a month and pro-rota date is the 1st, and they sign up on the 12th, they pay the amount for 12 - 1st then are invoiced again for 1st - 1st. You set up the cutoff date. The cut off date means they pay the full amount for the next month + the extra. Eg: Cut off date 13th. any order between 2nd - 12th pay 12th - 1st. any orders on the 13th upwards pay 13th - 1st and the 1st until the 1st. Sorry it's not that clear but it's hard to explain

  14. Find any services and delete them in the database from their ID. Find any invoices and delete them in the database from their ID. Click delete client on Blesta to fully remove any reference.

  16. It does work probably but if there's any issues report here please so they can fix it, every database is different and WHM** makes life hard by changing stuff so it all depends.

    Client information won't change and there's no mass mail at the moment so it means sending one email by one if you wish to do that.
  18. Update: I believe it's a issue with VirtualMin not sure why. OP is now trialling InterWorx.
  19. It might be a file issue then, can you use FTP and upload the files via that, I've experienced when uploading files some files don't get uploaded / or not overwritten. It could be that. If you would like to if you have teamviewer I can look into it for you but I've not had any experience with Virtualmin myself.
