It depends if you have piping or SMTP set-up (I think) Well it works on piping. You do need to include the Hash in the subject of the template.

You'd have {year}{count} year is the year aka 2014 / 2015 and count does 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 So like 201401 201402 201403 201404, etc. And maybe there could be a cron which is ran once every year to reset the number count back to 01.

Hello mate, This is made for 3.0.0 and 3.1.0, I don't believe it will work on any others as 3.2.x+ are made on Bootstrap. The pay link is for the theme itself so you can change colours and match it to the billing system.

Nope just a re-issue (or if you can't contact them to do it for you) and then just log in. It will then call home and save the new locations and you can then log in as normal.
