I can help you on teamviewer if you are using cPanel, bare in mind I'm not the best on that control panel as I prefer InterWorx. But you can't do multi-company on InterWorx yet due to how they do pointer domains.

The easiest way is cPanel. Addon domain -> Then make a subdomain and point the folder location to the Blesta one. I did that for my two brands before... Example: CubicWebs: https://web.archive.org/web/20130925091543/http://billing.cubicwebs.com/ Licensecart: https://web.archive.org/web/20140208065937/http://billing.licensecart.com/ The Licensecart is what the CubicWebs had after but I can't find the archive for it. I can't explain it any more than that, it's so simple .

The other hostname has to point to the same blesta installation folder.

You need: ab.com/support --> /home/username/public_html/support/ abc.com/billing --> /home/username/public_html/support/

That's possible with Blesta. It's the same installation but different company if you get me, everything is different to the last one but the files are the same. Meaning you only upgrade once. They are separate unless you customise the default template, you can copy the folder and use one per company. Blesta has 3 developers there's 24 hours a day and they work 8am - 3pm/4pm PST that's 8/9 hours a day, they work 5 days a week, so that's 40/45 hours a week, and they can't code everything securely and stable if they have to do all these features and improvements etc. They would love to do it all that I'm aware but it's impossible. That's why they have a to-do list based on difficulty points. People want a domain manager, some people want a mass mail feature, some want improved modules like NameCheap to support SSLs, or SolusVM so it works with configurable options, some want improvements to cPanel and InterWorx... there's a lot to do.

I was wondering if people would agree that a notice would be nice on a merge So if you merge a ticket a notice like when you change priority / assign them etc shows up. "Ticket #10000 has been merged with this ticket."

The dev.blesta.com is a Estimate, and things get pulled back from a version if there's no time to do it in the timeframe given for the version. Otherwise they'd be here until July on 3.4 if they was to do everything. That's why Paul removed everything from versions and only adds them when they know they can do it. And it's not the most important thing in the hosting industry because there are others who think the domain manager is... You can't win in this industry.

You can make a domain order form you have to use the type: Domain and other and select it from the dropdown box. If you use the Trial 30 days you can see it in action. Blesta supports SMTP so if you using that you should be fine, but there's so special plugin for MailGun or Mandrill etc, but you could open a feature request for this. You can set-up tax rules for each country in Blesta which makes life easier for you but I've not tried it yet. Not yet, there's TheSSLStore and GoGetSSL, with third party SSLGuru modules, NameCheap's SSL is coming soon as in the module there's a to-do list.

True so you could set it to 3 because there's people who will try about 5 - 10 different cards and there's no way to stop them without disabling it for everyone.

I was thinking of a security feature in Blesta. If a client tries to make a payment and it fails x times they are blocked from using the card system until you re-enable it for their account. This would prevent fraud a bit. And the x times is set in a settings bit. I've inspected the page to get this:
