  3. You can edit the mysql database but take a backup first. UPDATE emails SET from=billing@domain.com WHERE from=billing@billing.domain.com
  4. It should work fine mate, make sure you take a backup of the mysql database before you start, and do these: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/WHMCS+5.2 the MD5 bit so your clients can log in and then after your clients log in it's then converted to the new Blesta hash.
  5. You need two groups like me and Blesta have. One for monthly, one for owned. then assign the addon to the owned.

It's a feature we've asked in a beta forum before, and Blesta does check the email address is a valid domain, but as it's outdated feature request if you opened one in the main forums we maybe could get it added .   13. The only issue there is you can't change it per department if you wish. If you have one universal template that makes it a bit hard to use for every one of them. But for languages cant' you do that on responses? or would that be another feature request

Would it be good to do what someone suggested with the license key, but like on v2.x where you was getting the download files, so it calls home to Blesta to validate it as it would only be known to us (Blesta / License reseller) and the end user, but for some it means checking it every upgrade. But you can use it on CLI and GUI?

Because this issue requires that the user have an active and valid staff member account, this is classified as a Moderate vulnerability. Active staff, if your staff are being hackers that's your fault for hiring people who aren't trusted.
  23. You're supposed to back up before you upload the updated files... If your doing it back to front that's your fault.
  24. When a client orders an addon, you don't get a email just a payment received. I think there should be a email per addon so you know there's an order placed and for what. Who thinks so too .
