Friday the 13th... Bad luck day have you had anything bad happen today? A client did haha, they ordered a webhost bundle without checking the licenses...
-
If the above is ok, try the ANY server.
-
As stated in the other thread, copy the email from the thread, to the TEXT box and then copy and paste it to the HTML, that way it doesn't have any invalid characters like Blank spaces (in random places) or other stuff.
-
Check if there's any random spaces, or stuff, I always copy the Text into the Text box and then copy and paste it in the Html box.
-
I recommend a reliable provider or a VPS,
-
Nope just back them up before you edit them. I use two tabs.
-
You can check if it can be added by debugging the email template for the Payment Approved (Credit Card) email template. Use {% debug %} to debug. Empty the whole template save the contents, and save that code and send it to yourself by making a payment (use a test card).
-
I wouldn't recommend that unless you had a fresh install with just your edits.
-
Nope not that I know of and more of a lounge question haha I thought you released something..

You could use the Announcement plugin, we just do that, facebook / twitter. -
That's a server issue: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/688-adding-service-to-existing-client/

Ah bloody WHMCS crap lol. Yeah you'll have to edit the database. Or re-add it (Cancel and re-order without using the module, then edit the renewal date).
-
You can do either: 1. Edit Structure.pdt and add stuff after this: <?php foreach ($this->Html->ifSet($nav, array()) as $link => $value) { $attributes = array(); $link_attributes = array(); $dropdown = !empty($value['sub']); $active = false; if ($value['active']) { $active = true; $attributes['class'][] = "active"; $active_nav = $value; } if ($dropdown) { $attributes['class'][] = "dropdown"; $link_attributes['class'][] = "dropdown-toggle"; $link_attributes['data-toggle'][] = "dropdown"; // Set parent to active if child is if (!$active) { foreach ($this->Html->ifSet($value['sub'], array()) as $sub_link => $sub_value) { if ($sub_value['active']) { $attributes['class'][] = "active"; break; } } } } ?> <li<?php echo $this->Html->buildAttributes($attributes);?>> <a href="<?php $this->Html->_($link);?>"<?php echo $this->Html->buildAttributes($link_attributes);?>> <i class="<?php $this->Html->_($value['icon']);?>"></i> <?php $this->Html->_($value['name']); if ($dropdown) { ?> <b class="caret"></b> <?php } ?> </a> <?php if (!empty($value['sub'])) { ?> <ul class="dropdown-menu"> <?php foreach ($this->Html->ifSet($value['sub'], array()) as $sub_link => $sub_value) { ?> <li> <a href="<?php $this->Html->_($sub_link);?>"><i class="<?php $this->Html->_($sub_value['icon']);?>"></i> <?php $this->Html->_($sub_value['name']);?></a> </li> <?php } ?> </ul> <?php } ?> </li> <?php } ?> 2. Or you can use the Admin Tools plugin from Naja7host.

It's a old poll I need to make a new one after 3.5 so we can see what could help. But the thing is... the reason you mentioned could be anything from the invoices to payments to tax to vatmoss....

The importer works on anything above 5.2. However the crash depends on the server and if something is failing. Can you clean the database (you should backup the clean database always just in case) and try with the debug to see what is causing it to not import.

EU is too strict on everything and it's pathetic.

If your using Ajax order forms they aren't supported for card gateways: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3675-bug-in-the-ajax-boxes-order-form-template/?p=27220
-
It changes every module which is aimed at domains, it also changes the way domains are ordered on Blesta so it won't be here fast.
-
Your best to add a feature request for them and explain why, because they'll have to look at them and work out a way because the EU is a pain in the ass and most countries don't need / or do the same things.
-
Great can you open a ticket or open a ticket via sales or PM Paul on the forum so the guys can look into it for you, they will need to see if the password hashes have changed.
-
Lol I mean like did you get it via Blesta.com or reseller like us, licensepal.com, site5.com, etc.
-
Oh sorry I'm talking about Blesta license. Unless it's a trial?
-
Do you have a license direct or via a reseller / distributor? If direct open a ticket, or else email sales@ or pm paul and you can see what they need to help you if they have changed something.
