You're welcome

I believe they are using the admin tools plugin to do it. I edit the config/routes.php file myself for mine. But I don't use Multi-Company.
-
Don't think it can automatically do it unless you did a coupon for a one time and make a tier for 2 months. I would do this. Make a package group, with two packages. 1. Free package (cancel at end of term) 2. Paid package. That way customers use the free package and then can upgrade to the paid version. They will get invoiced for it and activated after payment.

Hahah Dam you Tyson mate

1st Question, it takes 5 minutes minimum for it to be activated due to the Cron job. 2nd I'm not sure.
-
Paul just came up with it I believe, and then found out Blesta is an anagram of Stable so a perfect match .
-
Glad to hear welcome to the Blesta family

Settings > Company > Coupons

I suppose it would be nice if there was a core number or a status to help filter them. I think me and Paul discussed prefix's before.
-
So Pre-cron you mean you set it up before you imported instead of doing it after? It shouldn't effect it.
-
Not sure sorry what you mean by pre-cron?

Does Paypal Create A Payment Account In The Client's Account?
Michael replied to interfasys's question in Support
If you disable ACH and Credit Cards in the settings I would see why you would want it removed. So maybe that could be one of the ways to disable it. -
Id say because both companies share the same configuration files, and if you have edited the routes.php file it would be the same on both companies. And if you have a plugin the link works. So you could use the Admin tools from Naja7host and disable plugins not assigned to the companies.

Opinions Of Licensepal And Enom Users And Other Questions
Michael replied to Ben's question in Pre-Sales Questions
Thank you for your recommendation and review mate . I'm glad you are happy with our support. -
Oh wow, I've heard mixed things from there, but if they are blocking outgoing connections I wouldn't use them and move. If you can I suggest you do too. Not worth contacting them with every outbound connection. And the only reason they would do that is if they have high ddos abuse as that would stop them happening if nothing can connect out, which is good for normal sites, but when you need to pay PayPal and license checks to validate your software, or for Stripe or even other licenses like for example, ModulesBakery, they call home to check the key.
-
That sounds like it could be anything, from PayPal, to calling home to license the software. I would highly recommend you move hosts, because I've not ever ever heard of a host blocking outgoing connections, never in my entire time in the industry from 2008.

Ok the best thing to do, is empty the Html side... Then go to the text side and copy and paste making sure no blank spaces are at the top or bottom and save.
-
Screenshot doesn't work, but I would say it's something to do with the package welcome email, can you tell us what you put in both sections?
-
If the package is updated I would say all the services will be changed. But you can't change them on the services page.
-
I don't believe so because it's connected to a package.

Does Paypal Create A Payment Account In The Client's Account?
Michael replied to interfasys's question in Support
I don't think it should Paul mate, how can people add a card for future use or like me I have it stored on Blesta, but I only use it if needed, as I use the PayPal option for most invoices (minus Bitpay). -
I recommend you check out my tutorial here: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/186/how-to-set-up-a-package/11/ It shows you how to do it and even a video .

Feature request, I did talk to Paul ages ago when they released it but didn't do a thread
