Correct and as for the blesta I recommend opening a already built module . But yeah it's better to just use their API then converting.

Ah that's for domains, yeah a module could be done by that, it would be easier if they did it for you, that way they could share it with their other customers to give them a choice or modulesbakery or some other developer could help you with it but it would come at a cost. But then it would be yours and you can do as you wish it with.

You an use the universal module to re-sell them but you'll have to manually order them or ask them if they can do a Blesta module to work with their API or to try and work around the rubbish api whmcs uses.

Hostname => Settings > System > Companies > Edit Root folder => Settings > System > General > root url In there make sure you do it right: If you have it to the domain and not to the blesta folder so if your folder is /public_html/my/ you put /public_html/ If you have a website in the my folder and blesta is in another folder like /public_html/my/blesta/ you put /public_html/my/ -

You only need to make a product in a module if you are using the "Universal Module" if you don't use that you don't need to make one and if you are only using it without any fields you can use it for every product you need you don't need to remake them. All you need to do is: - Package Group (Webhosting, Domains, Licenses) - Order Form (webhosting,shared,reseller,licenses,domains,register) - Packages (Per product). It's simple and how it should be.

Haha that's a cheeky one for you, PayPal can sometimes be a pain that was saying it wouldn't send anything back to Blesta. Glad you've got it working

Could be any of the following: 1. PayPal is ignoring the information Blesta is sending to it so it didn't call Blesta after the payment, so the answer is set-up the IPN to force PayPal to use it 2. Your PayPal email address on the module isn't the "primary" email address on PayPal.

We make a package and put the price to 0.00 0.00 0.00 and then save it to an addon group which is assigned to the main package group. We use these for free softaculous for InterWorx, etc -

I'd say Drupal isn't doing urls probably I use html and if you go to my site they all have the correct URL, I however went from Wizard Boxes to list so they won't select the box now

I wouldn't say a big company has one staff for certain tickets... oh wait I don't need to work until one is assigned to me. -
I prefer it like this if you was to do down that route this would be nice, but it must be for all cancelled services and not just scheduled services, and if possible force customers who are cancelling to add a reason.
