If if it's not the root url what's the cron job does it effect people if you send a manual invoice (tick the tick box) and send it does it have the wrong url? If not it is the cron job. If it's the cron job are you using a control panel, if so which one?

You just need the uploads folder to have 777. the rest it doesn't matter. But you have to remember the blesta has to be on the same domain as the emails you are piping in. @domain.com emails won't pipe on another server.

No problem mate, yeah it's there when the support manager is installed but if the upload folder permissions or location isn't correct or done after it gets missed.

It sounds like a server issue can you PM your url and also are you using the .htaccess to force https? are you also using the correct root url which should be pointing to the public_html and not the blesta install itself.

Lol so you have to click create, so what happens to a invoice does that have to be manual creation... It sounds really pointless to re-create a service, if someone cancelled it they didn't want it. If they didn't pay for it then they ovs don't want it otherwise they would have paid for it.

You can sell Hosting services by cPanel, InterWorx, DirectAdmin, Plesk using the modules provided. Should work as nothing has changed from 3.2 to 3.4 which would effect anything in the plugin.

You'll need to re-make the service on blesta with the server and untick use module.

Hello Jonathon, You can buy them from Blesta buy clicking manage on the license key service, or from a distributor the same way if they offer it on Blesta, not sure how some distributors do it.

1. Is the upload folder writeable: Settings > System > General > Uploads. 2. is their the correct folders in the uploads folder? -- uploads ---- 1 ------ support_manager_files 3. Do you have enough PHP Upload file size etc?
