Hello Jon mate, Yes I think you've got it but to be sure I understand let's say you bought the license and got Blesta 4.0. You have the support and updates included for a year, and therefore upgrade to 4.1, when the support and updates expire you think you are fine on 4.1, you patch up a few times to 4.1.3 and then 4.3 comes out and you want to upgrade to that because it has new features you want. You can then upgrade your support and updates on your license and then get another year from the date you upgraded. Then you can upgrade to 4.3 without reaching that error.
-
Don't be sorry mate best to know before it's too late, you can't it's active from when you pay for it, unless you top up your account and don't extend the updates etc. But you can let it expire you get a year free with every owned license included, so if you don't pay to renew your license will run as normal but if you upgrade the installation you will get this message:
-
You're welcome Yes you can go to Settings > System > License Key > Upgrade or if it's expired just enter the license key in the box after logging into the admin area. You can only get the patches not upgrade to the newer versions if they have expired. Say you have 3.5.x and your support and updates have expired, you can't upgrade to 4.x.x or 4.1.x or 4.2.x etc but you can use 3.5.1, 3.5.2, 3.5.3, 3.5.4, etc. Unless you buy the Blesta Owned Lifetime license then you don't need to pay for support or updates at all.

They only need 644 minus the blesta-new.php which I recommend 777 and then blesta.php will be 644. Folders should be 755.
-
Yeah they are CORE-1516, cPanel used to allow only 8 digits then they changed it to allow 16.
-
Should have been fixed in 3.4 but check out: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3805-adding-existing-cpanel-accounts-username-issue/?p=28070

Yep the 1, 2 and username is all that's needed

I live here haha and on my forums

So you need just KB articles related to cPanel. - How to set-up a email address - How to log into cPanel from Blesta - How to make a database and username - How to install Wordpress with Softaculous or manually (depending if you have Softaculous) - How to make a backup and download it - How to change the cPanel theme - How to change your password - How to log into PHPmyAdmin - How to access Webmail - How to scan for malware with clamav Stuff like that is from the top of my head as I don't like cPanel
-
You want to make a restricted Package, and then when you want to sign it to a client to order, you go to the left hand side of their client profile and select "Set Packages". Select the package and click save. Then you can go to Add service and select it from the restricted section on the dropdown box. They will be able to order from the client side soon when Blesta add the feature .

Which things do you use: - cPanel - InterWorx - DirectAdmin - Plesk You'd need articles aimed at one of them control panels. If you offer VPS which one do you use: - SolusVM - Virtualizor - Promox And I'll see if I can think of things you can use

Have you checked this mate: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3910-premadekbcom-blesta-ready-made-cpanel-knowledgebase-articles-images/

You have the extra {% endif %} if you remove that next to the else tag you will be fine.

I hate mod_security

Ah I thought Debian 7 is what Centos 7 used
-
In my opinion I think it's stupid to import from WHM, how can you link a service to it? and ensure it's got the correct prices, to ensure invoices are generated correctly.
-
in config/blesta.php change the error-reporting to -1 and see what happens.
-
Glad you managed to fix it

Shouldn't do as the order plugin which Cody stated is a plugin too. As for Google I don't believe that's the case otherwise my articles wouldn't get views but the reason they are as they are is because they are plugins and I think it's neat because you know the urls. /plugin_name/whatever/id/ or /name/

Do you own the server? Can you turn on PHP errors please if you do as the white page I believe is a 500 error, if not check if you have a error_log? Have you also applied the PHP5.5 patch in the PHP5.5 Hotfix?

-1 they are fine as they are for SEO, been listed in a lot of keywords as it is. It uses the Title and description nothing to do with the URLs. If you want to anyway you can do by making your own routes: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1733-short-order-routes/

Not needed to be honest, you can do it with three simple database SQLs: UPDATE emails SET from=billing@domain.com WHERE from=billing@subdomain.domain.com UPDATE emails SET from=sales@domain.com WHERE from=sales@subdomain.domain.com UPDATE emails SET from=support@domain.com WHERE from=support@subdomain.domain.com

Tick the box and it will say deliver too, ensure the client email is correct and click send. PS: bloody browser just checked up and you found it.
