Add two products in the coupon required section on the left and it will only apply if them two things are in the cart.

Never had that, I do have some fake transactions like 0.00 added and you can't edit them until you remove the 0.00 but I can't say it's annoying as it's became part of a check. Credit is only added by transactions, now if someone has a subscription and you have the Exchange rate and they change the client will have credit, that credit will be used on other invoices.

Probably not you are using cPanel right? does it have /usr/local/bin/php ?

It might cause issues, like I have a card on Blesta but I use PayPal as my main payment so if I paid with a card it would automatically debit every month from the card and not allow me to use the PayPal?

Bundles? we've made bundles at LC Webhost bundles, one package with addons.

You'll need to ask them if they have the list packages on your reseller so you can grab them with the API.

I would backup the folder, if you want the support ticket attachment, invoice logo, downloads manager files, etc. Make sure you BACKUP the config/blesta.php file.

You misssed what OS your server is using and are you using a control panel, are you using CloudFlare or Nginx?

Not a fan :s you can use vMod or what it's called and patches only include the files needed to overwrite.

You can do that or use the TastycPanel from ModulesBakery.com which allows you set the limit on blesta with config options.
