Haha Post codes are mostly 6 digits LL46 2UN was an old one of mine, B49 6BE is my current one, no machine can mix a three letters for a post code. 1/2 letters three numbers and two letters.

In the structure mate, I think you have to add it manually (on the guide I have a login and log out section) unless you mean on the portal, you can edit that portal plugin for that.

Blesta doesn't touch your server. But I would say it's because Zamfoo is a custom plugin for cPanel and not registering when using the API. But Zamfoo is so insecure you are allowing your customers to take over your server. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1275572

I would remove Zamfoo before you get exploited it's insecure pile of crap. And try disabling ModSecurity or check their logs.
