You can't just put hosting, because if you are selling resellers with a domain it would be weird because you want a "reseller only"... so what are they both? Products... They aren't a domain so they are "other" products...

There's no way at the moment I select don't invoice if they are testing services. You could record a transaction or put an invoice note.

I don't understand if you don't want to "Register or transfer a domain" you click Order other products, and then pick your package and just enter it in the domain box... If you have a domain in your cart it includes it automatically. What's so hard about that?

it's fine as it minus the option to pick a package first or free subdomains. If you want to use your own domain you use the "Order other products" the right button. If you want to transfer you pick the middle button...

Click manage on the service and then on the top dropdown menu click change renew date and you can set it there. Or if you use pro-rota it will always renew on that date per month.

You just have to use the database and ensure you keep the encryption key from the config/blesta.php of the old installation.

Yeah for only 2 years in development from the launch date you can't expect it to be fully filled with features... "Rome wasn't built in a day" and they had more than 3 builders. "Slow and steady wins the race" remember that from the tortoise and the hare story book. Blesta has grown a lot but if you don't follow the development you don't see what has changed. Just because one module you like hasn't been updated doesn't mean the development is lacking features. 3.5 is aimed at improving the SolusVM Module and the configuration, etc. 3.4 was aimed at Client security (Two factor Auth), Knowledgebase, etc. Change Log here. 3.3 was aimed at Multicraft, fraudlabspro, pro forma invoices, price override, copy packages, pro-rota, etc. Change Log here. 3.2 was aimed at converted client area to bootstrap, client docs plugin, select template per company, improve stripe, etc. Change Log here. Have you got the automation cron job running for emails? Settings > Company > Automation or something and then see if all the boxes are ticked.

Not recommended to. And the tags you can keep the html tags in the creation email and then put the information in the "package welcome email".

Sounds like a tag in the welcome email is causing that.

Did any of you guys use a importer? Just to see if we can help the guys narrow it down. I've not come across this yet either.
