  4. Nope I don't need anything I'm stating that 4 out of the forum users isn't a lot see that poll from ModulesBakery there's a lot more active users. Yes they are important and yes they will be done but everyone thinks otherwise. I myself I don't care since Blesta works out of the box for most of my customers, and yes most of them sell domains and hosting and yes they are active on the forum too.
  5. You can do these already; - Change ownership => Assigned Ticket dropdown box. - Aware ticket is open => Tick the boxes on their staff page under Support > Staff and they will be told when a ticket has been opened, replied or assigned to them.
  6. 4 out of 1,667 members (including spammers, but hey). Whilst the domain module is important so is coupons, and aff plugin, mass mail etc. It will be their main priority to get them out but they also have to improve Blesta and current modules, gateways and plugins.
  7. Suppose it's a good feature for resellers, so I would +1 this but I believe it would be best to do it via client groups and not a system setting, so you can enable it for certain groups (aka resellers).
  8. Correct you just update the information in the account settings on the module, some provide a tick box so you can just un-tick it.

  10. I'm not attacking anyone, I was stating the truth, you can have 10 threads open, make a petition online it isn't going to make it done faster. As I told a mate this made my blood boil... Why its not possible to do? I really not understand. This is an important feature. Whmcs and others already has this.

  12. Oh bugger sorry misread :L late nights again don't do well with me haha. Most people like me like confirmation pages so you can see what you are ordering fully and scan over it, find out how much tax / vat your paying and other stuff and the total. Same with shopping online they do it for https://groceries.morrisons.com/ and they try and flog more and then you get the full trolley then the payment, and you also get a email to confirm everything. It's just standard.
  13. Best to enable Blesta error_reporting (config/blesta.php) change 0 to -1, you could be missing a { or a } or even a ; or , or the " are conflicting with each other and you need to use ' instead.
  14. It depends they might skip it if there's nothing to configure I believe they was going to do that I can't find it so it might be private Paul can shread a light on that. But that page is there for the reason below: - Addons (Addon companies, backups addons, licenses (cPanel license, InterWorx license), till sellers (not sure the online term). - configuration options (IP's, OS, hostnames, etc) - nameserver set-up if ordering a domain
  15. Put !important; on them and also put the css file below the blesta files so it loads up last and overwrites Blesta's or you can simply just edit the client theme colours on Settings > Look and Feel > Client > Non default > Header colours.

  17. There's MailChimp, that's a option, email, announcement, even facebook and twitter. Well you could tell them you annouce it on etc, etc. and they have to keep an eye on it or they miss out.
  18. Jeez give them time. As far as we know it's coming near 4.0 if you want it that bad pay a developer to make you a custom one. A new feature request isn't going to make it come out any faster it's on the development task list already....

If you are using the same domain / ip you've used a trial on it it will work with the same trial license, if you move it to a new IP, it will need re-issuing and therefore break, so you will need to get a new trial license from Paul on sales@ or pm him here, or migrate to a monthly / owned license.
  21. It doesn't effect Blesta, the only ones so far is tickets where you get a reply or a new ticket, I just close them.
  22. But your missing the point it's a Domain and Other order form "Type". Nothing to do with order forms.
  23. Ah sorry mis-read you, you can edit the invoice, click edit on it and then change the due date accordingly.
  24. Yeah mate you can copy the package and make it a "restricted" package so you can allow customers to use that package if you want to. Client account > More options on the left > Set Packages > tick the box > save. Then you can order it for them, Blesta is allowing customers to order restricted packages if they have access on the order forms soon so that will bypass that.

The email address you sent the message from does not belong to any of our clients and this department only allows existing clients to open tickets. 2. You replied to a ticket notice, and we are unable to determine what ticket number you are responding to. 3. The department you emailed no longer exists.
