What do you mean by headers? From: Email address (customised on every company) Subject: Subject varies per company. Mail content varies per company. Signatures varies per company… so what looses the multi-company features?

it's because when you switch the language you are pulling the details from the database. If you are using the same language you aren't reloading the content from the database so switching the tabs doesn't effect until you save.

Multi-company has their own email set-ups and you can use different signatures.

Settings > company > automation see if there's a spinner and if there's a lock you can unlock?

Sounds like the font doesn't have the symbol for the currency. Or the encoding UTF-8 isn't working on the server.

not sure about the links above but are you sure the IPN is correct? Is your paypal email on the gateway the primary email address? Do you have the cron working fine? What's the PayPal IPN callback url?
