Say you have Client group A, your main group, and then you have a download which isn't allowed to be accessed for that group. You have to either make a product and make them buy it, or put them into another group say group B. Now you have to make another client group or another package for another download or another set of customers say group C. Now you have to edit the main group of the client and edit the custom fields to re-save them (this will be fixed in a future version of Blesta though), to allow them access to one product. Now if that client has two products, if they do it via groups you are stuck because you'd need to make a Group D for clients who can access both downloads, or make a new package they need to buy to allow them access to both them files. If you can have secondary groups you can just add that to the client and they access the files in the download manager straight away, and if you use the shared login you could also link them up via the groups… if client group = Group A you can access this api or whatever --- Suppose another idea is if you select two packages, to get a download, so you have to have both. At the moment if you have any selected packages you can download it you don't need to buy both if you get me mate?

Maybe a idea to have secondary client groups so a client can be part of two groups, however the primary client group over-rides the main settings for the group. This allows you to set client downloads to a client group and then the client with that client group (primary or secondary) can download it. Can be used for other things too just like a forum.

Yes Blesta does check the domains to see if it's valid via A records.

Go into your database, go to the Settings table. Change: database_version to 3.5.0-b2 and save. Then run /admin/upgrade again. it might be -b1 and upgrade so if that doesn't work try b1.

But you see I use Licensecart as my username, I could use my email address if I chose to have it as my Username, it says when you sign up, use email address as username or create a new one.

Blesta only reply in the opening hours so after 5pm PST they won't reply until 9am Monday. If you think they are blaming you, I feel sorry for you. Really do, if you think asking if you've done a simple task is blaming you, then you need to learn how to provide support… How did you ask your clients if they tried it? Because maybe they thought you was blaming them.

Again with the un-paitence geez if you think it's so easy go and do it yourself… or just wait there's a third party module it's not the end of the world use it until Blesta has a official one… some people today.

No-one has blamed you (user) it's normally the simplest reason though, two customers had issues one was a incorrect password, the other was copy and pasting pure html. So you never know.

Thats why I always paste it in the text tab first and then copy and paste into the html.

Blesta only do gateways and stuff which a lot of people need because it's a priority basis at the moment, PauloV has made a third party module you can use if you want it, otherwise you have to wait for more people to want it more than other things.

Can you please try and keep it in one thread, this is another error for the same poster. And I believe it's because it can't write the config.php. Check if it has created the file and not the information. It would also help if you can tell us more about the server you are using. PHP Version, MySQL Version, etc.

Upload the files again, and then run /admin/upgrade/ If you haven't done that already (admin/upgrade) just do that.

Sounds like you are missing a file or your database is corrupted.

I don't think they are added to payment received emails. They do on invoice created and reminders in 3.6.0: https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1724
