  1. I don't believe so because the Payment received isn't linked to a invoice. See: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5129-payment-received-email-does-not-attach-invoice/?hl=payment where it was discussed.
  2. I was making a folder and entering it not renaming a file I clicked it to copy the name.
  3. Maybe you upgraded to 3.6.0 from another version, my licensedemo wouldn't let me install it and that was 3.6.0 before now where I've upgraded it to 3.6.1
  4. Check the service id then search the database for the order (service_fields) with the service id and see what the order-id is. As for the emails sending every 5 minutes you need to tell us more what emails? Are the creation errors? If so click My Info -> Notices disable the creation email. I only use that when needed as like you said you get a email every 5 minutes. Blesta have a CORE for that under CORE-901
  5. Are you sure there's not another folder inside the cpanelextended folder? it shouldn't have any folders which aren't like the following: Edit my apologies are you using 3.6.0 / 3.6.1? Doesn't work for me either. http://screencast.com/t/yFlOmDJ20
  6. As stated above they might be enabled but it might not have been stored in the database clicking the card's bullet point and saving fixes it and it might run tomorrow.
  7. Nothing will happen to the database, just make sure you have a backup, we offer a upgrade service if you are worried and like someone to do it for you, but it is just upload files and run upgrade. If you have a owned license you will need to ensure your support and upgrades are up-to date
  8. Not sure, I disable the dropdown I think on my themes, but I think it's a theme issue and not a Blesta thing so you'd need to look into the css as account.blesta.com works fine, unless it's my code lol but I don't believe the above code would do that.
  9. He'd need the full zip as the patch is from 3.6.0 -> 3.6.1
  10. Firstly you are missing out by not using 3.6.1 iDevAffiliate: http://blog.idevaffiliate.com/affiliate-tracking-for-blesta-new-plugin/
  11. We have that issue when doing themes use the following CSS code: FIX TABLE DROPDOWN CONFLICTS: .panel_content .table-responsive{ overflow-x: visible !important; }
  12. Is it hiding in the tables?
  13. Oh no mate sorry I was explaining that would be a feature request

    Cron Jobs

Really? The PHP you are using... come'on EIG / Site5 can use their brain on that. I feel like I'm your host since they can't help you with the basics and this is a well known provider before they sold out.
  16. it's for his own company website.
  17. You need more information.... Module: Logs:
  18. Not sure might have just be a spelling issue in the language phrase or something else I can't say, all I can say is this is something I and the other beta testers should have found.
  19. Nice find, correct there's no error message in the alert box when the category has articles it. Video: http://screencast.com/t/wC7jEXjTrT PS: Sorry the beta team and I forgot to check that in 3.3 (face palm)

Ok this is the last time I'm telling you swap the /usr/bin/php to /usr/local/bin/php because cPanel doesn't do what Linux and other control panels do for PHP. If you ask again I will suggest you ask Site5 technical support and let them sort it out for you, it's really basic and not advanced stuff here, and if you are getting started in hosting the simplistic thing you will do is set-up a cron for your customers. I'm sorry if you are reading this thinking I'm a bastard but I've tried my hardest to put it in simple terms and it's taken to page 2 so far repeating myself.

    Cron Jobs

Correct cPanel doesn't do what Linux and other control panels do so you have to use the modified PHP location.

    Cron Jobs

No, on the page stated above there's a command I don't think we can make it any clearer so I've made a small video for you: http://screencast.com/t/EgdVdeqtX8 */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /chroot/home/stable/licensedemo.com/html/index.php cron You see something like this but this is for InterWorx. So you go to the cron job link in the picture above which are from cPanel You then use the following formula: */5 * * * * And the command: /usr/local/bin/php /chroot/home/stable/licensedemo.com/html/index.php cron
