It only supports openvz
-
It means you've already had a trial on that domain / ip / folder location.
-
yeah I use the priority tags for staff emails: Licensecart {ticket.department_name} - Update to Ticket {ticket.code} - Priority: {ticket.priority}
-
I like the idea but how does that work as I know Google does it automatically based on what it thinks is High priority and you get a star or something.
-
Not sure people have complained to me and it's the same as you could just copy and paste. But it also helps with traffic from Google and I've had Site5 link to articles.
-
We spoke about this before and the Support Manager Pro does it at the top now. I personally moved all our responses to articles in the KB and just link to it.
-
You want to force subscriptions then you can do that in the gateway settings.
-
It should be sent but it depends on if your cron is working fine.
-
Nope and there's a feature request for it, if it is accepted it won't be done until the new domain system in 4.1.0 anyway and sorry if I did input the wrong id but yeah it sounds probably the most likely outcome.
-
you have to rename the folder to cpanelextended
-
You're more than welcome.
-
inside the 1 folder, there should be invoices and support_manager_files I've added a article to help show the layout you must have: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/406/uploads-folder-set-up/1/
-
Then you can do the database one, but backup first.
-
SMTP doesn't just break but it looks like the cron is locked, wait a few hours then click the unlock cron task link and then wait for it to run or you can do it via the database and force it (which might break something or corrupt but I'm just guessing) see: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/24/cron-job-has-been-running-for-over-60-minutes/10/ If you use CloudLinux see: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/6/cloudlinux-cron-issues/10/ If none of them work please reply and the guys will be able to help you later today.
-
Don't think that's do-able unless you can tell us what script you are using to make the account. The way you could do it is what we do for interworx licenses, when suspended it changes the IP you could change the password.

Yeah the Blesta guys are passionate about their software and customers so they'l have a look into it for you, and I take it you used the system which starts with W and ends with S?
-
I see what you mean if the software can't tell you which is enabled and disabled you can get confused. I wonder if labels would help tell the software, I just checked my own website on http://achecker.ca/checker/index.php I have loads of issues so I'm going to try and see if I can improve my site to comply with the WAI. I agree that it might be best if the guys did it towards the ADA, and whilst they are at it maybe a colour blind theme in black and yellow or something to help the colourblind too. The guys will be back in the office on Monday who can help you further but I do think the guys will be interested in this as it would make Blesta stand out more from the crowd too as I don't believe other systems have this. You're more than welcome and fingers crossed the guys can put this forward.

Try min-width
-
Interesting idea, never thought about that myself but it would be neat if Blesta would be able to communicate with the screen reader. As for the widgets you don't need to move them around unless you really want to, unless you mean the widget plugins and other things which need to be moved to the left or right to enable and disable them.
-
Not sure what you mean, you could make the manually when ordered or make a module to do make the email addresses.
-
Not sure, did you import over from another billing system and it mucked up there or it was mucked up on the old system, or if I helped you (can't remember) might have put in the wrong ID. It could be anything but if you update that it won't have the issue next time
-
You can remove the install.php but there's no need if you run it again it won't do anything try it. And glad you changed the admin route too, make sure you back up config/blesta.php file on your desktop so you have a copy if the worst comes to it, and also remember on the full patch to 4.0.0 you keep the routes. You're more than welcome for the video, glad it helped, ensure you re-save the staff group or remove the 1 folder in /cache/ so your admin navigation urls link up to the new route.
-
the order_id in the database is...? you said the service_field is 344 in the database and I hope it is.
-
Sounds like you deleted the files and uploaded the fresh ones? You need your config/blesta.php and ensure your database hasn't been removed. It really is simple. Edit: Here's my video on how to upgrade via GUI and CLI successfully with a few bumps and downs by being a idiot and I ran out of 5 minutes for both so I've finished on the second video. http://screencast.com/t/HTkzpVhih & http://screencast.com/t/3kmQGaK9
