I've replied to your PM, without having the ability to check with you everything from files to blesta itself I come to the conclusion that it's probably a missing file when you uploaded Blesta. And there's a few incidents with cPanel when extracting zips, so that's probably the cause as you mentioned cPanel.

May I ask how you installed Blesta?

do you have teamviewer? If so can you PM your ID and password and I can have a look over with you.

You need to tell us more about this for us to help. What Blesta version? Did you upgrade? Do you have the order forms set-up correctly? Is there a payment gateway on the order form set-up page? What gateways do you have installed? Are they set-up correctly?

Not sure as it's the first time it's been bought up (2013- late 2015), and it works the same for most features: - logs (click the row to show logs) - client services (click the row to show login / add ons depending on the module) - etc

That's the same on every panel, even CraftSRV you can't seem to start a VPS without editing the file in the file manager.

You make a plugin to use the event to add a line item, in the plugin you also make a cron task which will run when you want it too, that will then do the changes you want. I don't know any more than that as I'm not a developer sorry.

1. Bitpay don't do wallets, they are a gateway which process bitcoin payments. You scan a barcode or enter the bitcoin address in, they'll tell you when it's recieved and you then click continue. 2. They pay in BTC, you can get it in BTC or GBP or USD, etc.

You can do either one of these: - Allow them to click make a payment, top up and get it in account credit ready for when the invoice is generated. - Change the renewal date to today and let the cron run to generate the invoice. - Manually create the invoice and change the renewal date.

We're going to be supporting ours for life, we will be hiring mujahed full time when I can afford it so we can do modules and keep our plugin updated and better (ambition) and some free add ons for the community so we're not going anywhere. Just need to get a bit bigger. That's where Mujahed had a choice, wait for Blesta to get more popular and finally get more orders for his paid plugins or go full time with a company to keep him in his house, etc.

It's because he had to take a full time job to bring income in as people wasn't buying as much. ModulesGarden was bought out by WHMCS with a contract, so they gave up, but that's your decision.
