Can you tell us the set-up you have for Blesta? PHP, MySQL, Control Panel, Blesta version -
If they can't help I would recommend you start fresh on a VPS, as you manage the environment.

You need to explain a bit more, have you looked into the logs? Tools > logs > Modules > Multicraft click the row to see the outputs. Have you followed the set-up guide: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft#Multicraft-InstallingMulticraft -
You will need to ask their support as they should provide support for the license and they know their cPanel installation. If they use CloudLinux you could check your PHP settings and ensure all the modules are enabled etc.

Never had issues with TheSSLStore or that module when I tested it though.

You can get sales emails via: Billing tab then manage widgets to enable the order widget, then click the cog / gear and enable the emails. Then if you want service creation error emails you can go to my info > notices and then tick the emails. If you haven't got any go to Settings > System > Staff > Staff groups > admin: edit > tick the bottom boxes.

What do you mean by correct the database shema? How can you fix something which isn't broken, complain to the ISO company who deals with it for your country. They set the ISO standards. It's not wrong information and you can use a free plugin and make it suitable for you if you don't want to deal with the official ISO standard.

Do you use XCache or any other caching software? Or even CloudFlare?

Well it's not a pain.... what a pain is people complaining about it. The Core is managed by Blesta that's the official one. The Extended was made by modulesGarden and would take the cPanel module to the next level, but they backed out because of a competitor technically paying them off to make them official. The reloaded isn't even a module, the reloaded ones is Logicboxes and Proxmox. The tastycPanel was a better improved copy (version) of the cPanel module which gave you more features and better than the extended, and was maintained by a third party, which then left it to Blesta who will only maintain the security patches if there is any needed. People can use it still if they wish too. CyanDark improved copy (version) of the cPanel module is a extension to the old one by ModulesGarden and is maintained by a third party, which people can use if they want to... What's so hard and no you can't swap because one module has different service_field values if they was the same then you could but you can't because of that. The Extended have loads of fields for packages, the cPanel doesn't. Blesta will be adding features to the core when they have time and if they like the idea. IF you don't want to use a third party don't use a third party, no-one is forcing you and the core version works fine. I want to buy a Land rover car, I then can't just go back and swap it for a Ford, different price range and type, same with the modules.

Override Price & Change Package/term
Michael replied to WebhostingNZ.com's topic in Feature Requests
You can use a plugin in 3.6.0 to change the package, you can change the term by the dropdown for the price, and you can also have a coupon code added manually to the service the same place as the term.... So what are you having issues with? -
You're welcome if it's active you can cancel it by going to manage on the service row and then in the actions select Cancel.
-
It sounds like GoGetSSL is refusing the api call. you can check the logs: tools > logs > gogetssl row (click) see what the issue is and get them to look into it.
-
Is it PayPal or Stripe, not tried the others but they should be the same. Click the edit next to the transaction, then select Refund on the dropdown, then check the box and save.
-
Works fine for me video: http://screencast.com/t/7HopMOJCCMJ On the client profile there should be something pending.... if you click manage you can tick the box and click submit which should try and provision it.
-
You can go to Billing tab at the top and then use the order widget (If you don't have it, click manage widgets on the left) and then tick the box and click Cancel.
-
You'll have to talk to them or try and get the client to tell you which email she needs and you can click manage under pending and update it and try and process it. If there's any errors you will see it when you process it manually.

Nope, you have a choice for the authorisation domain normally admin@ webmaster@ postmaster@ domainwhoisregistration@domain.com or name@, etc.
-
Correct you have a email address you set-up when making a CSR, that email address is the activation, the one on Blesta is the one where the SSL Cert goes to, I always recommend you use the same email address. I've never had any issues, but I don't use GoGetSSL, I only have one to test things .
-
It goes from the SSL provider. Blesta sends the welcome email if you set one up in the package. That's the only contact Blesta has after the order. Client orders => Client pays => GoGetSSL API => Calls back to Blesta if successful & Activates with the SSL provider => Email approval is sent from the SSL Provider => Click link to approve => SSL is sent to the email on record. => Client uses SSL on the control panel or Linux, etc. I don't have a copy of the SSL receive email sorry but this is what the activation email looks like for Comodo:
-
When a order goes threw (paid and active), the client gets a email, they then click the link to approve the email is valid. They then get a email with a certificate, same with TheSSLStore module.
-
Have you heard of the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it".... 1/2 people out of probably millions who use Blesta finds it a issue?
