Yes. From what I hear it will take the place of the old forums.

I agree it can be a bit confusing at first. When v3 comes out, the old site will be removed, along with the forums, and this new forum and the new site will replace it. The reason that they are doing this is because they are still on vB, and they want to upgrade to IPB. Hope that makes sense

People are allowed to post here. These forums are going to be going live when v3 comes out, and the old forums are basically just for v2 support/presales now.

Personally, I have to wait for the HostBill importer to come out. This is because we have a somewhat decent amount of clients, and our invoices are in the 200's range.
