Thanks for your reply for SupportManager.staff_ticket_assigned table is exist and looks ok but i checked support_replies and its empty no rows inside i think this the problem so maybe i need to recreate this table again so wait your suggests

sure i did upgrade and no plugins waiting upgrade also i don't want to reinstall support plugin because i have many articals on KB and i don't know if i did so i will lose them or not. so any patch or sql command to fix it ?

problem was i enable maintenance on old database after disable it and try again work but also white page in this step /blesta/admin/upgrade/process/ any idea

i face problem when trying upgrade to 3.1 i unzip folder and edit connection with database then /blesta/admin/upgrade/ get white page when i use blesta.php (old connection file for 3.0.7) i get this error Undefined property: AdminUpgrade::$Session on line 0 in /xxx/blesta/app/app_controller.php any solution ???

looks great but its seem iframe page we are looking for full integration using blesta api so you can use same wordpress theme and full control anyway its good start keep your work up mate
