hi there, i have already got one paid license of blesta and im just putting up one on a free trial while i add all the packages etc and then going to update it with another license.. BUT.. was working fine, as it is all setup and passed the instalation perfectly.. but i've added 3 groups and 5 products and all of a sudden it wont let me add anymore, just returning zero data error on FF and Chrome.. Ideas??

Hi there, just still playin round with my coupon system, and noticed there needs to be a monthly, quaterly and yearly option for the coupons if they are reccurring, like, if the user gets a coupon that is reccurring the price needs to get adjusted accordingly. for example $20/m discount reccuring if a user pays for a year, it still shows up as $20 of a discount instead of 240 but on that note, keep up the good work

yeah, i can't enter any coupons with it on the with the bulletpoint on the right, but change it to the one on the left and it works straight away

ok didnt notice that it worked because it didnt say anything for the cart.. ummm.. coupons only work when they are set to Apply when service is added only (which i believe are once off ones) and i need it to do Apply when service is added or renews (recurring?) which just comes up with this coupon cannot be added

what do you mean? i clicked that link and it brings me to configure page.. as mine does, but i need the base package automatically into the cart so clients can just enter the coupon for it. since, if they just have it as a completely standard package, they have to press continue, then go back. and then enter coupon and continue again if you get what i mean..

Hi there, as i've found the users cannot add the coupon unless the product is in the cart, and my site links to the actual product details page. is there any way that i can easily automatically add the product to the cart on click of the product link?

hi there, still learning it all and trying to find a way around my problem in my other post.. if i have some configurable options setup, like os and bandwidth etc. what is the format to charge for them under certain conditions?. like centos is free but pick windows and it costs like $15 is there a way to do this in the dropdown box using universal module?

me yet again... got an error now as i was doing a dry test of the order system to make sure coupons and everything went smoothly.. as far as i can tell this is for my bandwidth options.. because i can remove it and then get the paypal link. but with it i get this error.. Ideas?

thought it was a slightly unique idea.. better then hetzner's "auctions" at least the user gets a slight say to make it cheaper then to make it more expensive

Just worked it out i think.. here is what i have put it too... if it has the option for monthly, quaterly or yearly. (as far as i can tell because my product id for '1' is only a single item for 1 month) it stays the number. if it has any payment options it has id+1. i've just put that in my script to see what happened and 3 of them have worked so far.. by all means michael, check it out (buydedi.com) let me know what you think.. down the bottom "haggle"

Hi there, my site heavily relies on coupons and i am trying to work it out.. i see the 3 tables "coupons", "coupons_amounts" & "coupons_packages" the coupons packages is my problem.. i have inserted a coupon to the database with the last product in my database. "46" it also has the pricing_id for the url is 133. but on the pricing_table.package_id it is 47. but if i do product 1 it is 1 as the product. how does this all work?? as i may have multiple coupons for the same product at different amounts.. hopefully someone understands what im trying to say. Yeah but instead of having it listed like above. Just have it as Unmetered @ 100mbit ($20.00/m) and then whatever contract term they choose for the actual product it just multiplies it at the cart?

Hi there, just got my blesta licence today and been setting it all up for my site and noticed that if there is a addon (1 month, 3 month and 1 year) that the customer can select them manually. is there any way to autoconfig it to how long the contract term is of the actual package they are purchasing?.. ie, Atom server 10TB @ 100mbit on 3 month contract then they add unmetered @ 100mbit they can select how long they want unmetered for.. instead of it just going 3 months Atom Server unmetered @ 100mbit sorry if im hard to understand, big day and tired as.. Any help appriciated
