Hello I am thinking that pro rata works as a way for persons to use the services on a trial basis? Not sure if correct if yes how does it work as a bit confused. When you set it up and you want someone to have a 30 day trial as I see it says works for monthly and yearly. I do not want a yearly trial maybe a 60 or 90 day trial for the most. So how do I reflect this in prorata as I believe you can only bill on the 1st of the month up to the 28th so what if someone starts the service on the 14th or 21st or 28th of the month how do you set it up that thy can be billed after the 30, 60, 90 days and the service stops. Really would appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance

Really, really have to stress to check your license before upgrading as I upgraded and it gave me the support error only to find my unbranded support license ended in August, luckily I backed up my files before upgrading so was able to roll back. Please clearly state this in bold and red or as a stand out that this needs to be checked first as this is the first time I have noticed this. Thank you.

Hello Naja Been testing your plugin, great by the way but noticed you are unable to make this that anyone can view the knowledgebase only clients or am I wrong as wanted it for anyone to see if possible. Also videos can't be place as have some .swf demos I wanted to place in it but see not available to add media. Thank you, great plugin.

Sorry for coming back to this but the $0.00 plan does not work when using PayPal or 2Checkout as both require more than $0.00 or gives an error so cannot give a free trial.

Sorry for coming back but I notice the coupon does not give the option for 30 days so if you do 100% you can get 100% off a year of hosting. Also naja7host when you say not recurring what is not recurring? Or you mean like Michael to create a new package for 30 days and the coupon can go against it so it will not work on 12 months hosting? Sorry but bit confused. Thanks again

Not sure as this was a recurring from a year ago and not seeing any logs for the recurring from PayPal, all I got was an email notification from PayPal of the payment. I think I need to create a new invoice but I applied the payment to the invoice already. Thanks again

Thanks Tyson The situation is that the invoice was never marked as recurring when I manually setup the client and invoice after installing Blesta. I am thinking what I need to do is change the number to the number PayPal has the invoice as so it can be recorded but can't see how to do this in Blesta. Can you advise how to do this and to make it recurring or I need to setup a brand new invoice and make it recurring? Thank you

Thanks All I think I got it, there is a recurring payment in PayPal for the client so it went through but the recurring payment is for a different invoice number. I believe in installing Blesta I messed up the invoices as I had to maually add the clients and their services and record their payments but since PayPal had this payment on their system it never changed the invoice number. Is there a way to have the invoice changed so it records it the next time. Thanks again for the help.

Hello I received a payment but notice it is for the wrong invoice and for a totally different client. The client who's invoice is outstanding has a different invoice number and amount. As it stands the payment is not applied to any invoices as the name is different and the invoice number is different. So wondering if Blesta sent the wrong invoice although the mail log shows the right invoice was sent to the outstanding client. Thank you for any help on this.

Thank you for getting back. When you say control panel do you mean my hosting panel? If hosting it is cpanel. I have tried the URL in the automation settings and it does not work, I have tried the normal settings still not working, GET was the only one working, what is PHP Cron, cPanel has a cron job in it. Hello I notice since upgrading that my cron jobs stop working. I used to run throught GET as the other way never worked but now GET is not working but when I click manually it works. This is what I have setup: GET -t 15m 'http://www.domain.com/clients/cron?cron_key=123456' Also seeing this after manually running Cron "Invoices have not been automatically created via cron in the past 24 hours." Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Yes like the links you have on the menu so clients can go directly to an order form.
