Hello Just got this for a new order, meaning had to do it manually. ------------------------------------ There was an error provisioning the following service: Bronze Hosting Plan -- Manage Service The pending service may need to be modified so that it can be provisioned automatically or it may need to be provisioned manually. Error: Your module license is invalid. --------------------------------------- What module license is invalid, I am using cpanel extended is this the issue? Thank you

Hello I am not sure what happened but someone paid for a hosting plan, I got the PayPal payment but no cpanel hosting account was created for the domain they paid for. I see the domain they paid for in the invoices and the PayPal payment in transactions but the service never registered. Not sure why, can someone advise on how or why this happened. Thank you in advance.

The client wanted a username like 5r4u and it did not work. So could be the numbers and length. Thank you

I got it to work, it had numbers in the username, when I changed to only letters it worked. Shouldn't both numbers and letters work as a username?

Hello I created a client account gave it a username (not an email address as the username) but I cannot login neither can the client, I am getting" No matches found for that user/password combination". When I log into Blesta and and go to the client account I see the username as admin and that is not the username I gave it. However if I am in Blesta and use admin as the username I can login if I come out of Blesta and use admin I cannot login. Really need help on this as the client cannot login. Thank you in advance

Thanks for Paul for getting back, This is what I am seeing in the Cron log not sure if this is the culprit: Attempting to provision paid pending services. The pending service #55 from client #1500 could not be made active. The pending service #56 from client #1500 could not be made active. The pending service #57 from client #1500 could not be made active. The pending service #58 from client #1500 could not be made active. The pending service #59 from client #1500 could not be made active. The paid pending services task has completed. The Module logs show success except for one entry and that is because the person started an order then canceled it. What do you think.

I really wish this would be fixed. It goes away after awhile but comes back again.

Thank you Serge Will check it out but think this task not running for 60 minutes has been there from the time I have been using Blesta which is for a few years and it is still there.

I think it might be the cron but I am seeing the usual error: "There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes. View Automated Tasks" This seems to be the issue I believe it is not running the cron every five minutes. Thank you

Hello I find that activation is not instant after a PayPal approved payment. I have had to manually activate the service although the payment shows as approved and one hour after it did not activate. It stays as Pending. Would appreciate help on this as I thought this was corrected when using PayPal. Thank you in advance.

Really looking for a mass mailer option also, right now it is very time consuming to give updates. Hope this will be implemented soon.

Yes that can work for a monthly hosting package but what about a package for 3, 6 or 12 months, i don't think it can work for these so the client would need to upgrade their package after the month to get a 12 month plan. I was looking for a way if they take any plan you can try for a month and it would bill for a year if you take a year plan when buying.

Thank you Naja Yes I remember this but wanted something that was automatic as soon as the trial is over the client is sent an invoice to continue the service, I believe the end of term just ends and you have to send the client something separate that ask if they want to continue.

Thanks Michael But Huh, you are right hard to understand, from what I am seeing you are saying this is just a way for billing a portion and not the full amount, therefore this is not to setup free trails. Appreciate
