Hello I am sure I might be overlooking something simple but I added a download category and a download item but the item does not show in the client account only the category shows. I put the downloads for logged in clients and for packages only choosing the packages available for. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Ok Enom white listed my IP Addresses and still the same error: "The user and key combination appear to be invalid, or your Enom account may not be configured to allow API access." I am not seeing any log entries for this as nothing is being setup. Please advise. Thank you.

You may want to contact your parent provider, WHMCS, for assistance with this question. You may reach them at: www.whmcs.com What we are able to do for you is white list your IP address sending calls to our API. When you are ready to do so, simply update this ticket or create a new ticket requesting to have a specific IP address white listed, and we will be happy to help. ------------------------------ I used whmcs before switching to blesta. I am thinking maybe I needed to white-list the ip addresses, I have sent them the ip addresses and will see if it works. Thank you.

Hello I have paypal as the payment, I did a payment for a service it went through and redirected to blesta but I see the invoice as still unpaid. I checked my paypal account and the payment is recorded in paypal as complete. A client paid for hosting, I received the notice from paypal but the system did not record the payment I had to manually record the payment, shouldn't blesta record these payments. Also do I need the IPN set in paypal, I tried putting my blesta url mydomain.com/clients/ but paypal gave this error: We were unable to validate the URL you have entered. Please check your entry and try again. Should I just turn off the IPN or I need a specific IPN URL? Thanks for any help on these issues.

dfhkayaking.com is setup in enom, I just did one which is setup in resellerclub and it did the same thing as above - Required parameter missing: reg-contact-id I unticked the box to use the module and it went through, I am using reseller club with logic boxes. I believe it is because dfhkayaking.com is not on reseller club it is not working, it is on enom but the other domain is on reseller and it worked without ticking the use module. So I guess I need to get the enom module to work. What do you think. Thank you.

OK this is what is happening when I tick use the use logic boxes module it gives this error: Required parameter missing: reg-contact-id If I untick the box it gives this error: Website doesn't exist for dfhkayaking.com I just renewed the domain in enom because it was due for renewal so the domain does exist.

I am using ResellerClub with logicboxes. Thank you

I unlocked it before trying to set it up in Blesta so no was not locked. Would be good to get the domains in Blesta so clients can manage their domains. Thank you

Hello I am trying to add a domain to a client account but keep getting and error message. Hello I setup a hosting account as I am transferring client accounts to Blesta the thing is I set it up today the 26th with a due date of Dec. 4th but I cleared that invoice because their hosting is paid till the 4th. My question is, is Blesta going to issue an invoice before the due date of the 4th so the client can renew their hosting or I must create a new invoice and I have the system to create invoices 5 days before. Do I have it setup the right way? Thank you for any help on this in advance.
