Sorry guys didn't notice mod security was enabled on my server once i disabled that everything works as it should

Hi guys I'm hoping someone can help me with this odd issue. I have just done a fresh install and as per the instructions on the main client area to remove the "Thank you for installing Blesta!" message box. I head to the portal manager plugin and delete this block of code <div class="col-md-12"> <div class="thanks"> <blockquote> <h4>Thank you for installing Blesta!</h4> <p>This is your client portal page, and you may wish to link here from your website.
