Nice to know it's possible. But you're right. I remember changing it to a temp mail that doesn't exist anymore. Although, if you have any history the IPs/locations and emails, they may be linked to something I have access to. And on this comment you can see my username was previously "SmallWeb" which I was listed as a director of, back in the day. But yes, probably a moot point. I am very picky with accounts, hate having extras. 😆

Issue Summary: When approving an affiliate payout in version 5.10.3, the system incorrectly deducts twice the payout amount from the affiliate's balance. Steps to Recreate: Start with an affiliate who has a balance (e.g., £20). The affiliate requests a withdrawal (e.g., £10). The pending balance shows correctly as £20 - £10 = £10. Once the payout is approved in the admin area, the balance drops to £0 instead of £10, effectively deducting double (£20).

Hi @kikloo you mention Reseller plans specifically, do your shared plans (if any) import in fine? Is the user set in your directadmin module an administrator that can provision reseller services? Is there a firewall blocking the two servers from communicating with eachother? Have you correctly entered the DirectAdmin server information and password?
