Hello everyone I hope all is well. I have a disadvantage in my business flow with changing packages. If you upgrade or downgrade a service then you'll get a new pricing but not the term. eg I have a service with pricing term 3 month @ 1 USD and I would like to change it to 1 month @ 2 USD then I'll get 3 month @ 2 USD at the end. Don't you think that apply new pricing and term makes more sense? Please advise.

Resolved. Thank you Tyson

"If you happened to change from one to the other for a particular currency, then any pre-existing payment accounts on the old gateway could not be processed by Blesta for the new gateway. If that is the case, you should create a new payment account for the client to pay using the new gateway." It's helped. Thank you Tyson.

Hello. After update from v 4.6.. to 4.7.1 Authorize.net payment gateway and non merchant gateways (eg PayPal) stopped working. However the new Stripe Payments gateway works well. While trying to process a payment with Authorize.net we getting this error "An error occurred when processing the request with the gateway. The payment gateway returned an error when processing the request." Please advise.

Yes, it works like that but probably it's better that it works like a complete upgrade to a new package with new term and price? e.g a client used to be under a package, in a while, I've launched a more attractive package and the client wants to change the service on the new one with new term and price. For now, I have to cancel an old package and give a new one, in that case, we loose service info (history). What do you think?

Hello. While upgrading a package with different package term it takes the package term from the current package and pricing term from a new one. Something wrong or I don't get something? e.g I have a package with package term for 1 year for $0 when I upgrade it to another package with the package term for 3 months for $10 it prorates as 10x4=$40 (3 times 4 = 1 year) thus it took the term from the current package but the price from the new one. I expect that is should be prorated for just the new package $10 for 3 months. Please advise.

Hello everyone. Is it possible to make an add-on required for a service while ordering? For now, the order form gives an option to select "none" for the available add-on, but I need to set a parent service with an add-on as a mandatory. Any ideas?
-
I have several add-ons under one parent service. I need to cancel some add-ons at once. eg if I have several parent services there is check boxes which I can check and cancel several services at the same time.

Hello everyone It's been awhile since I post something here. Was tied up with our development. I have a good question... We have multiple choices for parent services to cancel them, but there is no such option for add-ons. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And don't you have the trial for your plugin yet? Anyway the idea is good, but I'm willing to spend money only for the commercial products. Thanks

even if I logged in to http://blesta-addons.com/fr/client/login/ any changes of languages don't take effect. Neither French nor Espanyol, everything remains in English.

thank you for the reply. the reason i'm asking for trial is that I didn't find where the plugin works. http://blesta-addons.com/es/ http://blesta-addons.com/fr/ Not workable at all. I think it's better to create demo somewhere to represent all add-ons of third party developers.
