I tried with AJAX boxes order form. Even I haven't created any configurable option when creating package / group, there are several fields always appearing there, and I have to enter values. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I am not sure if I am missing any setting, but I am using AJAX Boxes order form, and when placing order for a new service, I don't see any option for me to choose payment method. In the order form, I already chose Offline payments and Stripe. Any advice please. Thanks.

Well... as I wrote above, I changed default language of clients already. Checked both in admin and client sides. I also tried to download a new language pack from http://translate.blesta.com, installed and changed for client, but both old and new invoices are still using English.

I want to change some text strings in invoices. So, I added a new language folder under language folder, also under components/invoice_templates/default_template/language/. Installed successfully, and changed default language of customers. Then I edited default_invoice.php file, changed the strings. But viewing invoices, it keeps the old strings. Should I clear cache anywhere? Or am I missing some settings? Thanks.

However, if I am correctly, even Blesta is not able to setup different VAT percentages for different products. When setting up a product, it has option for taxable or not only.

I wrote that I have added servers in Proxmox module already. That means I did click to manage button and added servers there. That's from Setting menu. But when adding package, from Packages menu, still no Available Nodes.

Hmm... Just found out that customer needs to enter the same domain twice when ordering domain and hosting at the same time? Made me a bit confused at first, and it's not customer friendly. Did I do anything wrong?

Let's say I have 3 hosting plans, and 2 DirectAdmin servers in 2 different data centers. Customers can choose data center. I have configured 2 servers in DA module. But when creating packages, I also need to choose each server. So, I will end up to create 6 different packages? Did I miss any setting?

With LogicBox module, ID Protection is free. Don't need to have invoice for it.

DirectAdmin has multi-servers feature that allows distributing DNS records to several servers. I wonder if it's possible to connect customer's domains from Blesta to a DirectAdmin server, and customer can add / edit DNS records without leaving Blesta? Thanks.

Is it more helpful when replying customers with full subject from Summary when they submitted ticket? Currently it's changed to "Update to Ticket #...." Thanks.

When replying tickets to customers, currently, Blesta helpdesk just shows "Support", "Sales", etc. even with different staff. Is it possible to assign staff name there? For example, when Cody replies, the sender would be Cody Phillips <support@blesta.com>. When Paul replies, the sender would be Paul Phillips <support@blesta.com> It looks more personal support than general. Thanks.
