i never tough the basic will be removed , we give more time for invoices not for all the account .

really i can't understand how blesta use date in the system . as we have a different result from v2 and v3 . service date renew is 09-04 . Invoice Days Before Renewal: 7 days both in v2 & v3 . v2 date billed 2-4 v3 date billed 3-4 if i told to my son what is 9 - 7 , he will answer 2 . screenshoot cron setting s & logs

i will not talk more , pictures will talk service renew date 1-4 , invoice due date 1-4 . we are now in 2-4 . these service will be suspended in 3-4 . case 1 case 2 settings i think this is enough . either i have misunderstand the +1day , either the words are not well describe the situation . i will not repeat that v2 has the same setting and it suspend it in 2-4 !!!!

+1 for this request . some countries prohibit changing invoice after creation , and other didn't . also changing the due date is not against law , at least in my country . a lot of our clients/resellers , pay invoices in two part . and for some reasons they request in the second part , more time to pay . if we agree we need to adjust the date , with the actual system , is not possible , we need to do what mike describe . but yesterday has happen to one of my staff a big problem with it . it was 14 invoices , and seven of them payed with one transaction , and one was covered a partial payment, when the client request a more time, the staff unplayed the transaction , after changing the date , he go to reapply the payment , but he was front of 14 invoices that he didn't know wish of them was paid ?!!!!! normally a software should help to minimize the effort and the tasks . another time , this was possible with v2 . how mush i miss the v2 . i begin feel that moving to v3 was the big mistake we have had .

in the logs n modules, gateway . the staff column is always empty . we can't know wish one has made the action , system or one of our staff .

yes , I'm coding a plugin not just for this case , but for the cron issue and some other feature that i have not found in v3. is this will not impact the auto generated invoices ?

How Blesta calcul the day in Suspend Services Days After Due ? i have Suspend Services Days After Due 1 Day . and : service A created in 31-03 ; invoice due date31-03 service B created in 01-04 ; invoice due date 01-04 the Service A was suspended in 02-04 00:00 . Service B stil Active in 02-04 . as i see it would be suspended in 03-04 00:00 . i ask how blesta calcul this ? 31 + 1d = 01-04 . and as i have sent cron for suspension run in 00:00 , then the service should be suspended in 01-04 00:00 . is blesta calcul 24 hours or by day calender ? for me suspend service after 1 day , mean the next day calender don't matter the hours . if i create service in 31-03-2016 23:59 . next day is 01-04 00:00 . another issue also from our experience in v2 .

cpanel working well , but in a big companies the actual cpanel plugin need some tweaks . actually, the module create account in the server selected in package , or if module groups created , the cpanel module use "first" methode free server to provision the account in it . so no options for staff to choose wish server to host the account . so , what i suggest a option to choose wish server to host the account , if not choosed then use the default method to host account . when thinking in this request make in consideration a park of 5 or 30 servers dedicated to host website . and some times we need to make a manual activation for account in some servers . another time v2, was this option

but is not just my case, maybe anyone import from other system like whmc* can have this issue , so i think it worth a look from your part . from my part , the import has been run, the move has been done definitely , and no option to back . -
i have 1 day . that mean today at midnight 00:00 the service will be suspended !! i need to notice staff to change the due date every time they create a services .

i don't know , but if a feature request so is good . as we have a lot of client that we give him a 7/10 days to make the payment when staff activating the services for him . in the actual system, in wish date the service will be suspended ?

another time me when we create service from admin side . the invoice created has date billed the same as the due date . i think it normally should make due date 7 days more or any other setting days . sorry to say again blesta v2 was this by default

when you seach by client criteria . and you have result of multiple page , let say 3 . the result in page 1 is the same as page 2 and 3 . also , when i search with services criteria , i have a search term that return in v2 more than 100 result , but in v3 it return just 20 result (first page) !!!

it use the stored rate . if you can't believe , just wait until the rate change and test it .

is this included in v4 ? we have the same request, the search inutile now for us . i know in v2 is easy because all the services has unique key fields, in blesta 3 all services has it own fields . but why not to include at least the the service "name_key" ? -
they will open new account an order new service . at the end of the year you will have 50% clients account are inactive activity . i don't think this system will be the solution . you can penalize client for spamming, phishing , use invalid credit card, stolen account ..ect. never i heard that some company punish client just for not renewing thier services !!! this solution can't be applied for hosting market . but can be useful for licenses systems . if you feel is adequate for your services, go with it . i will be happy to see more plugins for blesta .

you can't determine if is working or not in your sample. as the two the the same rate . the padding is working . try it with yahoo to see it in action .
