My eyes goes to "awaiting staff reply" and "awaiting client reply".

i test this when i login as client and it work, maybe i need to test as a real client without loggin in as staff. i will test it now . Edit: After the test, we found the language selected for logged in client are not changed, this was because of two possible scenario : 1 - the preAction triggers is called before blesta check for logged in users. 2 - the preAction triggers is called before blesta set language for client. as the app_controller.php is crypted we can't make any change or verify what happen in the calling structure of functions. we have found the only way to pass this behavior, is to make a patch for the file client_controller.php, we will test it and then we will push a update in our zip files. Not sure if blesta team can help in this to make some modification in the app_controller to make all the language check before the preAction triggers, of course if this possible and not impacting any other function in the system. By the way you can test it on our website now .

you shouldn't do this , it will impact the whole tickets you have in the system . a simple way without changing a lot of file is rename the department with a leading number as you want the order something like 04- Support 01- Sales 03- Billing 02- Domaines then in the client_tickets.php in departments() function add the sort array before you set in in the view. ksort($departements); i hope this will work for you .

if you are logged in our client area or not, you can switch languages as you want. i don't know how you are saying all thing remain in english , can you send me a screenshot . we have tested the plugin in some websites and is working as it should. Just to note, in some areas/plugins page, the other languages (French/Spanish ect...) are not translated then it show the core english language . we are not offering translated languages, we are offering a way to change language .

Tested, but i can't replicate. the destination ticket show all the replies from all the tickets when we close it .

This is so strange ... first picture show the old announcement page, second picture show the new settings pdt file !!! have you any cache system ? try remove all the files and re-upload them . in the new version the order of the menus has been changed , now we have annoucnement(0) , Settings, Permissions, the plugin icons logo has been changed also .

i want to know the Blesta team decision about the new domain manager. they will let the domains as services and then add some enhancements to the packages/modules or they will go as plugin ?

yes, no database change or any thing need upgrade, only we have added a new version to separate it from the old release and we forget to include the new updated json file in the zip .

add new package with internetbs . then the old package remove it from the order form .

if i remember this issue has been fixed in cPanel module; i can't test it as i use my own patched cPanel module . and of course cpanel module should exclude www if entered by the client .
