i think the first invoices was created before you have made the change, and the second invoice was created after you made the change .

what is the renew date and package term of service ? have you changed any settings in the system related to billing and payments ?

can you believe me if i told you we don't offer free service for X days, even for X minutes. all our services are suspended the same day of invoice due. so no freebies we offer, so let me be based of a core plugin called "Auto Cancel" i think you know it. the plugin is Scheduled ONLY SUSPENDED service for cancellation, so we are sure only the suspended and the abandoned service will be canceled, so here we don't care about the client, only we need canceled service with voided invoice. Can you please add anything (Option, Settings, Another Plugin ...ect) that void invoice for canceled service.

the logic : - invoice generated for service renewal (Core Function) - service suspended for non payment (Core Function) - Scheduled service for cancellation (Plugin auto cancel) - Service Canceled on date XX (Core Function) - Invoice Should be Voided when service is canceled (Core Function) , this last step is not working in blesta. for me it has no sense if the option is working only if the invoice is not past due !! normally if a client request cancellation service at the end of term, it will never the invoice voided as the invoice will be past due in the day of end of term. i will not enter in a another debate about how it should work, but my logic example is working in other billing system, if the design of services/invoices work like this in blesta, then simply it should be changed .

another accounts has the same issue today.

i have some Scheduled canceled services that they has open invoice, the service was well canceled, but the invoice is till remain active . i have already ticked the option in the billing settings to "Void Open Invoices on Service Cancellation" . Note we use Proforma enabled, not sure why the Proforma still open. also i prefer if the process add a note in the invoice to indicate the invoice was voided by cancelling the service .

so is a module issue that are not treating the callback call . are you sure the callback are received? you can check it from gateways logs

it should be a firewall issue or a the callback code issue in the gateway . the callback for other gateways like paypal are working fine and mark the invoice as paid ?

This issue is also affect the importer plugin, all the services imported has package_group_id as null, then all the addons will not be shown for them, they are shown only for newly created services. i have reported this a years ago but not fixed .

Updated version released, now we are in version 3.0.0 . now all settings are controllable via the plugin, you can disable/enable buttons,, the displayed phrases are languages base, so you can translate your own language.

Hello, we have some plugins that insert link in 'action_staff_client', normally when a admin click this link it forward to the plugin controller view . we want a option to allow us integrate the clients side bar that show the client profile in our plugins, as now we need to copy every time a upgrade released by Blesta the function view($content = null){} in our controller plugin to get our approach . but this broke the release compatibility as we need to do 2 versions one for v3 and other for v4 . it would be fantastic if Blesta can add a option or a fucntion to call the content inside the right content, or at least add the client side bar to admin_controller.php and our plugin extent AdminController and call the view() function . not sure but we are open to any way of implementation, the only thing we need is to get the goal of our idea. i hope our idea is clear, the resend welcome email plugin has this integrations if any one want to test how the content is rendered.

i have made some benchmark in the same system, and i have found that the service/invoice created in the same second (Service Added 2018-01-11 16:45:25, Invoice Added 2018-01-11 16:45:25). but as i told before, when the cron is running, the thing is changed as the system need to handle some request in the same time and that load to a second or 5, if the cron activating a service in a remote server like cpanel or plesk i'm 100% sur will not take 1 second . so this case has probability to occur 1% . a cron is running when a client confirm the order form, it will not occur all the time, but this probability exist and in our chance this happens yesterday for 2 times, so it should be in consideration like such case. is difficult to reproduce this manually. incrementing the cron to run every 10 or 15 min is not a solution for us, we need to serve the clients as soon as possible, already we considerate 5 min is a big time . with a smarty hacker with some boots tools can do the order and get service without making any payment .

yes, we have spoken in the ticket, but if the cron are running and the system try to create service & then invoice is normal to have a delay(1 or 5 second) as the cron are running and making a queries to database, and the database with a huge amount of data. i can confirm that there are no event for services trigger.

Owwww, this is not related to one service, all pending service are activated auto by cron? how can this happen, we have not touched or changed any files from so long time !!!! IS URGENT and trivial .

u have check the next cron log to see if a paid invoice sent , and there are no paid invoice sent .!!! i have also check the cron before this one to see if there are any accepted order or paiement apply to a invoice, and nothing. so this service was added even if the invoice was not paid, also i check the transaction logs and nothing, from the gateway log, it was paiement from the cleint in the same time but it has a error return !!!

Yesterday, we have found a 2 service was activated without a success paiement, from blesta , the invoice (Proforma) is still open and not paid, the services was activated . from logs we have the fallowing Provision Paid Pending Services : Attempting to provision paid pending services. The pending service #14863 from client #11977 is now active. The pending service #14864 from client #11977 is now active. The paid pending services task has completed. Accept Paid Pending Orders : Attempting plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders. Finished plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders. Deliver Invoices : Attempting to deliver invoices scheduled for delivery. Successfully delivered 1 invoice to client #3776 via Email. The deliver invoices task has completed. we have blesta 4.1.2 . How can this occur ?

if i'm not wrong, the htaccess has already a code that check if the requested filename exist in the directory then it should not handled with blesta index . so normally it should work if you upload your html files to index directory.
