Hello this is not a bug, to activate the DNS or the DOmain Forwarding , the client should use the orderbox name servers, in your case you have put your own name servers in the module row . you can change them to loginbox.mercury.orderbox-dns.com loginbox.venus.orderbox-dns.com loginbox.earth.orderbox-dns.com loginbox.mars.orderbox-dns.com

If i remember well, creating a new plugin to only add new contacts instead of the core page was the best solution to achieve 100% your request. I have new Deal for you; 100$ to make the plugin and make it in our Access Subscription (Free for all) 50$ to make the plugin and make it in our Pro Subscription

This Module is only valid for selling Blesta License? we can sell our own Product via this module? let say selling Logicboxes domains in blesta from Whmcs, or License from license Manager in whmcs ?

i can confirm officially that we are going to make this plugin for our internal use and make it available to the community . the first release will include Slack, Web Notification..... then we will include : HipChat, and maybe Onsignal or push. for Slack is better to work with webhooks or via API Token ? Any Ideas or Suggestion We are open .

W***S has this option in core from 7.4, they provide support to Slack, HipChat, emails ... My team has suggest us to make plugin to handle this, but the time is a hope we can't get more .

We have completed the task, and updated the plugin, now the client can cancel their unpaid orders . This version is a final version and stable one .

just to note, our Logicboxes Reloaded module handle almost 90% of case when a required field is empty, also is optimized for error display, for example if a missed zip code it should the error that zip code is missed or phone or invalid address ...ect

This behavior lead to another issue, if i remember well, a renewal domain command was sent from blesta, then domain remain in processing for a while time then failed, after some weeks the client claim about their domain was not renewed, when we have chacked we found the domain has a success response in blesta but we have not find any trace in logicboxes, until we found a email from logicboxes platform say the renewal was failed . we have paid about 150$ to restore the domain for the client . we need a solid automatization, the other competitor manage this case 100%, they send a request in every cron to check if the operation was really successfully or not, if not they send the command again, and send email to staff for notification, the domain xxx still not renewed, registered .

the same error appear also in renew {"actiontypedesc":"Renewal of xxxxxxxx.com for 1 year","entityid":"74844580","actionstatus":"InvoicePaid","status":"InvoicePaid","eaqid":"475683504","error":"Renewal action locked in processing; will be automatically processed by the system.","description":"xxxxxxx.com","actiontype":"RenewDomain","actionstatusdesc":"Order Locked In Processing."} after some search i found some information, the action was well recieved by logicboxes, but isn't executed successfully, the logicboxes will re-try the action every 15min or less until the action is executed successfully . if we resend the command via API we get a error that a action already exist for that domain {xxxxxxxxx.com={domainname=You have already added a renew order for this domain}}

the client has a missing field, can you check the output log wich error exactly is returned .

we have found that logicboxes making services active even if the logicboxes return error message this is not the first time we front this, and w enter to activate the domain manually, normally this should be accted as error .

DNS management are comming soon, we are testing it in live production now.
