if you add currency that is not supported by paypal it will give you a error in the checkout , you can test it . the solution is a custom paypal gateway . near i will share this gateway .

Yes, is true it need more time , but is true also it would be 1 more reason to move from other software to blesta for others . 1- if you sell domain in the wrong way is not good . 2- the time tooked in the dev now will be a win in the future releases .

i believe domain manager refactor is more important than the Mass mailer. because the mass mailer can be done witb a plugin and a good dev can do it , but domain refactor , need core files to be changed and this is the priority to do .

i think he ned something like the coupon code in url , with GET . that is not supported yet .

i have tested , i can't reproduce the issue . tested with 4 resellers account in 4 servers . can you just make a small php file and include the cpanel library and call the package funtion to see if you get the same result . because this is a strange issue .

why not to add the same function of disabled plugins to the uninstalled plugins . as now disabled plugins can't be accessed throw direct url . uninstalled plugins can be accessed throw direct url .

which permission ? i'm logged as the main administrator . i will check this . EDIT : yes it was a permission issue ... i think the permissions should not be set for administrator's of site . it has no sense (in my point of view of course ) .

this is the fucntion that you need to add it to your module . https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/SDK/WHM+API+1+-+editquota but i never has done any work like this , but what i can imagine as a solution . you need to create a separate module that handle the qouta edition . and make it as addons, once is paid the module will run the addservice() function that should use the edit qouta .
