  4. I happened to change more user titles to Email Address in the english language files. This sorts the confusion easily and effectively.

  9. well thats what happened. The gooses placed in the CC more email addresses including the support email .. and wackoo... emails every ten minutes. I guess thats better than every 5 minutes . And Paul, the cutoff didnt happen as planned., sorry

  12. hey, what to do with bounced emails ? How to stop them ? Should I remove the department for a minute ? Run cron auto a few times ? A very important email setup with forwarding to pipe is having bouncing emails. Any clues ?

  22. hello support ticket pro, I love your plugin. I am using it now and found it a small issue with the clients billing area. When the client logs in, they can see two ticket support tables. Should there only be one ? *please see attached thank you.

  25. The line for pipe using cpanel did work after some work on the server. Still not positive this will work for long time.
