I happened to change more user titles to Email Address in the english language files. This sorts the confusion easily and effectively.

But yes, there also does need to be the ability to ban ips or emails in support. Namely spammers, fraudsters, lots of reasons for this. << this is great

well thats what happened. The gooses placed in the CC more email addresses including the support email .. and wackoo... emails every ten minutes. I guess thats better than every 5 minutes . And Paul, the cutoff didnt happen as planned., sorry

hey, what to do with bounced emails ? How to stop them ? Should I remove the department for a minute ? Run cron auto a few times ? A very important email setup with forwarding to pipe is having bouncing emails. Any clues ?

hi there, Just two menu items which bring up 404 not found. Tools in the main header and Client Notices. . next to Browse Both these redirect to 404 not found. Any ideas where to start ?

hello support ticket pro, I love your plugin. I am using it now and found it a small issue with the clients billing area. When the client logs in, they can see two ticket support tables. Should there only be one ? *please see attached thank you.

The line for pipe using cpanel did work after some work on the server. Still not positive this will work for long time.
