Currently I am not sure if all the required details are available.. and whether we could block that ip in the same area. This would be a great idea. This way the client couldn't register again or reset the pw.

Due to the amount of false orders and ip masks etc. . This wont slow things down .. but... it would be a suggestion to have a proper hyper link on the IP address show under the Client # .. The link could open a new page and some details could be shown about the ip. More of a gimick thing, as we know some ips are masked. Or even better next to ip address and block link, to block the ip after confirming details where incorrect or completely filled etc. If its work two cents

If you where to remove all the email piping questions and headaches on the forum board, I dont think this forum board would be so large How about a test button next to the email department setup in the admin. "Test Account" Similar to microsoft outlook etc. Im sure whether its pipe or pop .. its good to know the email/deparment works correctly. Not a biggy here but certainly a concern during setup. More info balloons required for all the other checks with # in the pipe file etc..:)

With trying to upgrade third party plugins, the upgrade works for some plugins. Also, for other plugins,.. a blank page appears instead of the same page with the same details. The third party plugins are installed correctly. But not all work for upgrading/updating. Since most of us have many third party plugins is there a better way to keep them all updated and providing as good security also.

Just a good suggestion for cold contacts. When I receive a contact email from a built in contact form on the website, the email is available in the support section. With that email ticket, is it possible assign it to the client which I have setup manually within the admin area. If there was a drop down of clients so I can keep the same ticket running for that client. Good idea ??

I haven't seen the domain name manual setup. I would like to setup any domain name with any price for 1 year or two, paid with paypal or whatever. The domain name should be available to add to clients account any time. The domain name would send a ticket 30 days before the domain name expires to the account holders email address. The domain name could include all the other features whois etc if ticked off. The domain name would have its own line on the invoice for payment or be invoiced separately any time.

Its good to gently let know Blesta how the end user feels. Here on the forum board I have let known the community of my requests/feelings which is good. I pay for support and to use this forum board for support and general community chitchat.
