I cannot for the life of me create a new recurring invoice for a customer. I deleted his old invoice and wanted to setup a new one from a clean slate. Every time I setup the amount, renew date etc. I get the "Ok noe's" error - https://infinit.io/_/35Ji7Zg I have tried this about 10 times with no luck, what will work is if I do not make it recurring, the invoice is created with a success message, as soon as I check the box for recurring it fails. I have about 20 other customers on a recurring invoice and it works fine so I am not sure whats wrong with this one. Is there a log I can look at to see what is happening?
-
Ok yeah, something seems to be stuck because "deliver invoices" is set to every 5 minutes. I just deleted both of these and recreated them, just confirmed the cron sent them. Not sure what happened but we are good now! I will keep an eye on them moving forward.

I checked the log and the cron tasks are running. Last night I set the date to today and then checked it just now but still nothing. Is there a certain time this should trigger?

I have a couple of recurring invoices that were setup around the same time. I accidecanlly set the "Next Renew Date" to October 2017 and its was supposed to renew October 2016. Now that I have noticed this I changed that field and want these invoices to go out right now being they are several days late. No matter what I change the "Next Renew Date" to the cron is not sending the invoice out to the customer. Should I just delete and start over?

Sure that would be great, I would appreciate it!

I have not, I just moved over to KnownHost when I installed Blesta. For now I am marking this guys monthly payment as "Paid" but I was hoping it wasn't going to be a forever thing.

This one might be over my head. How would I find out if I am forcing SSL? Is that in the htaccess file? I just looked at the IPN history and can see it's being sent from Paypal and the but I guess Blesta isn't picking it up? https://infinit.io/_/dcBnjVC
-
Yes it's a subscription. There is actually no record of anything to do with PayPal here, just Stripe. I never moved anything once Blesta was setup but I did just recently add an SSL certificate. I am assuming he setup his subscription through Blesta because I never gave the customer my Paypal email.

The Paypal payments still don't seem to be recognized by Blesta, any idea what I can do to fix this without bugging the customer again? If I look in Paypal his payments are being made but Blesta doesn't see it and will keep sending him reminder emails.
-
Ok thanks, I added this and will keep an eye on things next month. I really appreciate your help!

Awesome, that works now, I guess my URL was wrong. How about for Paypal, any idea why the invoice is still showing unpaid? I checked paypal and saw the payment was made but Blesta is showing the invoice as not paid yet.

I have been using the blesta app and all have been running fine. Recently I noticed couldn't get to my login page or registration page. I spoke to my hosting company and they said there was no htaccess file in place. Again this is not a new application I have been up and running for a few months and have customers making payments. https://clients.pixelpoynt.com/client/login/ No we can at least get to the login page but cannot get tot he register page Maybe a related issue or maybe not... I have a customer paying with paypal and last month the payment was made and Blesta saw the payment marking the invoice paid. This month, the invoice is showing as unpaid. I can go mark it paid manually but I want to know what could have changed or what I am missing to get these to be marked paid automatically.

Ok so the employees email was the same email as the piping. So it got stuck in a loop when I updated that ticket. Basically it send the employee a notification and then that piped, sent the employee a notification and then piped. So many times that blesta still works but that ticket cannot be opened anymore...lol
-
Ok scratch the above comment, I figured out how to setup the forwarding in channel so I am squared away there. I also added the hash to the top of pipe.php (thanks for that) and it worked. Kind of. When I went into the ticket, I can see my reply at the very top but then there are hundreds of lines of this: https://infinit.io/_/uX2iGWd

Maybe thats the part I am missing, where would I set up support@ to pipe to pipe.php? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am new to all of this.
-
I am testing out the email piping features from the customers end and it doesn't seem to be working. When I am acting as the customer and hit reply to the email I received it just sends an info back to support@mydomain.com but does not actually add that response into the ticket. Any help would be much appreciated!

If it is an old server that may have had Blesta or the cron installed and I have since canceled my account. Is it possible this is still having an effect?
-
Interesting, no the log just has a single entry for the emails that are going out.
-
No I setup my new hosting and installed Blesta on that server. I double checked and there is only one cron setup.
-
I just have one contact and when I check the emails they are exactly the same, the body of the email and the "to:" address. It's even happening for automated emails like invoice reminders.
-
No, I am only clicking once.
-
Every time I submit a response to a ticket, the customer get's that response twice. They both come through immediately. I have tried using PHP mail and am now using SMTP, both have the same result. Anyone know what might be causing this?

How about an expandable drawer for "more details".
