Hi I have tickets at blesta/admin/plugin/support_manager/admin_tickets/ but when i click on ticket number nothing hapens, these wont open.

I am busy setting up VPS plans in my Blesta admin area. I set up groups in 'Configurable Options' and then create the options. these have worked fine when i set up server locations and operate systems but when i set up the extra IP options it wont work look at attached Blesta1.png and see how i have these set up, but if you look at attached blest2.png you will see they dont all display

I will try here as my critical ticket is still waiting after 5 and half hours (8899025) While testing my website to make sure it is work i noticed on then payment page it states the page is insecure and yet the site has a full SSL certificate which is working according too https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=majestyhosting.com. So i dont know if their is anything i need to tick within the blesta admin area to make the payment page secure

I have created a coupon and gave if a 100% rate, so i can use to test services etc. i also have a tax rate of 4.5% as a processing fee, but adding the coupon only takes into account the plan rate and not the tax, so a plan at £1.50 will at a 7p tax (£1.57) but using the coupon for 100% removes the £1.50, but leaves the 7p as payable how can i get this to be 100% in total discount
